Description

EK-HD PETG Tube is solid type PETG tubing intended for use with EK-HD push-in adapters and EK-HDC series compression fittings. The tubing may be heat treated to achieve certain bends. For expert users only! It is mandatory to chamfer the edges of freshly cut tube in order to prevent gasket (O-ring) damage. EK recommends a 0.5mm x 45° chamfer.Model: TR-6-8P

Found this tubing great for my first custom loop. It did appear to be prone to bubbling around bends but that could be from my inexperience so I can’t fault them for that. Docking a star for the stupid 500mm lengths. This doesn’t seem like a big deal but you’ll find you waste a lot of tubing after reaching the end of the tube and needing maybe another 20-40mm for your next cut. Extremely irritating. Bonus: it works great with the PrimoChill RFB (finishing bit for cleaning up the edges, highly recommended with these tubes) ... show more
