After trying out my brother's more expensive, higher wattage (2000w) vibrating platform and loved how well it loosened muscle tension, I was hooked and wanted one for myself. I began researching and doing a lot of price comparisons, and deciding which features were most important (oscillating vs. side to side, higher wattage, dual motors, Bluetooth, handles/rails vs. portable, # of speeds, etc.). I determined that for my needs, I wanted a side to side motion, and wanted it to be more portable meaning no handles/ rails as I felt the rail system on my brother's was flimsy at best and made it less easy to move around and store, as necessary. I was hesitant to get this model because there weren't as many reviews with this one as compared to others I was looking at, and it was also about half the price of the others I was strongly considering, but I'm really happy with this model! Ultimately what sold me was the number of speeds it offered. Most similar portable models have 100 speeds or fewer, while this one went up to 180, similar to many of the higher priced models. Once I actually received it, I was really thrilled. While it doesn't have as much wattage as some, it felt very similar to the more expensive ones I'd tried out. It's heavy duty and heavy, but not so heavy that I can't move it around with little difficulty. It is incredibly sturdy, and has suction cups (they REALLY work!) on the bottom to prevent unwanted movement across the floor if using on hard surfaces. Exercising on this thing doesn't feel like exercise at all, even when I'm doing trickier movements like lunges. I am a very tall gal and even though I'm still young (early 30's), I have horrible knees from past sports injuries, etc., that pop and click frequently. Lunges have not been an option in the past to add to my exercise routine because they hurt my knees and cause them to pop violently. This machine, however, creates for easy transitioning of muscles and ligaments and I can do a lot of things while on this machine at a speed of 70+, that I wouldn't normally be able to do, such as lunges, quicker up and down movements, etc., with little to no popping/clicking. It's my hope that I can gently yet effectively increase my range of motion and strength in previously neglected areas of my body. I also have a slew of health issues including a number of autoimmune diseases that cause a lot of swelling and inflammation. I've only had this for a few days, but I swear my ankles are already showing fewer signs of edema. I have issues with lymphatic drainage, so hope this will help with that and gentle detox as well. I'm taking it slow for now because my body tends to be highly reactive when detoxing, keeping it to 10 minutes or less per day, and if I'm feeling particularly icky one day, I skip exercising or do only a couple of minutes. Truly the only reason I've given this vibrating platform 4 stars instead of 5, is because of how dangerous the resistance bands are. There are metal loops soldered into the sides of the machine, to which you can clip resistance bands. The loops themselves seem somewhat okay, although the metal is a bit thinner than I'd like. It comes with resistance bands but the carabineer clip looked pretty flimsy. I'm not expecting super high quality of bands considering they're a bonus item on a system that doesn't cost a large amount, but I was a little hesitant to hook up the resistance bands because of the clip. Well, it turns out the clip wasn't even the biggest weakest, in my situation at least. After only 4 minutes on my first time on this machine, one of the elastic bands out of no where completely frayed through and snapped, hard enough to leave a mark on my wall. Luckily it hit the wall and not my eyes! I wasn't even pulling it that tight because again, I'm tall, and was worried about pulling it too taut, so only lifted up on the bands when I was in a low squatting position with my hands only about 3 1/2' from the ground at the highest. Perhaps I got faulty bands, but they were a huge safety hazard and it might be better just to eliminate them entirely. I plan on purchasing some rubber resistance bands in the future and just placing them on my feet while using this, making sure to get large enough ones where I can safely use them without pulling them too much. Anywho, aside from the resistance bands, the machine is working beautifully thus far! It makes very little noise, and I'm seeing the potential already! It's only been three weeks since I began to use it. I on it twice a day without using any of the pre-programs (yet). After the first use of ten minutes, I could understand the itching (and still don't) and I was a little sore later in the day. Two days ago, I decided to use the P4 pre-program and almost took off running because it scared me by changing the vibrating intensity. So I experimented with P2 and have decided to use P1 for awhile. I enjoy the shaking, it feels rather nice (the soreness afterwards, not so much). Whether I lose weight, tone up, better circulation or not, I shall continue because I enjoy the shaking. ... show more

I love it. After I workout or after a run I'll hop on this for about 30 minutes. It stops every 10 minutes so I just restart it. Idk if I'm truly burning more calories but I feel like it works and I feel like it makes a difference, maybe it's because I'm also working out but who knows. I love it & will probably rebuy if this one ever breaks. I've had for about a year and a half now, used it everyday for like 3-4 months then stopped cause I'm lazy lol ... show more

Omg!!! I love this machine!!! Listen! Usually when I get a pice of equipment... I get easily bored and discouraged due to pain whenever I move due to weight and Lymphedema(swelling of the limbs) I have been using it for a lil over a month . I have noticed that my knees do in fact are starting to feel a lil better. I even notice that the skin due to my weight lost I already achieved isn't as saggy(getting tighter) I haven't even started to plank yet and my ab area is getting tighter also. This machine makes me anxious to get on again and again. I recommend buying better resistance bands (the ones that came with this product was a failure. (They broke apart) So I got some regular bands until I can find a better quality ones that will attach to the plate. The speaker for the bluetooth is ok(could be louder) Wish it was longer too. ... show more
