We have two beautiful yellow lab puppies and they approved this comfortable bed. We have bought a few different beds in the past but one of our puppies seems picky about her bed 😂. So ended up giving some of them away to our friends. But this time, I made the right choice 🤣, both of our puppies LOVE the beds! Fits the crate great and it's nice and soft, supportive. Purchased when dog had leg surgery and had to be kept inactive. I wanted my dog to be comfortable with some padding and this is really nice. One side is kind of like a soft plastic and the other is a imitation fur that is soft. I have washed it and it came out nice, dried on low and hung to dry the rest of the way. We got this to go in our puppy's crate as we didn't want her sleeping on the hard plastic bottom - we wanted her to be cozy. This fit perfectly and is a nice thickness. We also liked that the top was a soft material that wasn't super noisy when she moved around. Unfortunately, while it looks nice and cozy when brand new (first picture) , the top material soon gets flat, pilled, and matted down. We also found that once it got all matted and pilled, our puppy would then chew on the fuzz and try to pluck it out. It is also the type of material that traps everything in it, so if they eat anything on it, the crumbs all get trapped in the fabric (see second picture taken after a month of use). If the top had been made with a better quality fleece, this could have been perfect, as it really is a nice bed, but instead is a bit disappointing. A simple change in fabric would go a long way. ... show more

Very happy with it. Washes and dries nicely, easy to get off and on. Wish you could buy replacement covers. Our big dog chews his bones on it and bone pieces get stuck in the fabric.

My ~120 pound working breed German Shepherd LOVES this bed. This bed immediately got the whole GSD “deep sleep, let me air my puppy makers out, upside down” sleep position approval. And he stilllll loves it to this day. It cleans up easy with a hand vacuum (haven’t tried an actual vacuum because I don’t want it to tear up the fabric consistency) but it also fit perfectly, to a T inside of his XL dog crate. We’ve went through so so many beds and he always tore them up. Beds WAY more expensive than this. Even the “Kong” crate mats and he did NOT like any of them. We even tried a toddler mattress & he wasn’t interested after about 3 days. Side note: ( I DO believe he tore previous beds up because he was a lot younger back then, but he’s NEVER touched anything else since-he’s a VERY GOOD BIG BOY NOW) but he will choose this bed over laying on the couch. And we all know that big dogs (ESPECIALLY GERMAN SHEPHERDS) will NOT lay somewhere that they are not comfortable, this purchase has made me feel so much more confident and happier knowing he is way more comfortable now if we have to leave and put him in his crate. ... show more
