So it came in quickly 1 week ish and it opened up fully in a hour and a half I instantly fell asleep it's medium firm and forms to my 250 pounds easy the material is soft and I didn't sweat once.

I bought this mattress to install into my E350 Econoline van to camp and travel in. I have not installed it yet but upon opening the package and letting it grow on my living room floor, it was evident that it was of good quality and expanded evenly. It has a neat design to the cover and upon laying on it was surprisingly soft yet firm, you dont sink into it like I had been concerned about. It feels a lot like our Cali King mattress in our Master bedroom honestly altho this does not have a pillow top like that one does. My wife and kids liked it right away. Can't wait to get the platform built in my van so I can enjoy it on travels. I bought it to cut it to fit my vans inside area. The zippered cover should allow me to do that easily and we plan to sew the cover to fit the adjusted dimensions. So far its a win for me. Would buy again.

The mattress is great. But, let me tell you about their customer service... the original mattress I purchase was never delivered by Fed Ex. We kept getting the run around from Fed Ex for weather delays etc. then said it was delivered and proof of delivery was a picture of the sky. However, another mattress was quickly sent out to me and delivered today! I was even given a small refund of the portion I paid for waiting longer on Fed Ex to see if the original one would be delivered. I highly recommend!!!

I love the ease of set-up a little difficult to get the fitted sheet on though. I purchased an EXLong mattress as those are the sheets I have. Decided to go back to a bed after sleeping in a recliner (for my breathing) for the las 10+ years. Was very comfortable sleeping last night. Look forward to many more nights
