I’ll preface this by saying the bed I bought was a 12 inch Queen sized mattress. Ok,so right off the bat this thing is basically a foam brick. That kind of intense firm may not be what you want so take that into account when buying. If you want a bed that sleeps on the more plush side this probably isn’t what your looking for. That said it’s exactly what I was looking for when I saw this bed for sale. One of this beds biggest selling points is it’s lack of fiberglass in the mattress. Many cost effective and discount brands will use fiberglass as a fire retardant. While this isn’t normally a problem it can become one quickly if you remove the cover of said bed or (God forbid)your bed begins to “shed” glass through the mattress cover itself. This bed has no such worries,so the cover can be removed safely without contaminating your room and house with fiberglass. Black cover is a bit lighter than I thought it would be but overall way better than a white cover which would show stains and aging far quicker. Fairly easy to unwrap and it only took 3 hours to decompress. The center of the bed took a bit longer but was well within 6 hours to fully expand. First couple nights were hit and miss but afterwards I've slept like a rock on the ocean floor. Had it for a couple weeks now and honestly I have no serious complaints against it. Will try to update in the coming months to see how it wears but overall i’m happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone who needs a bed but not a 4 figure price tag to go with it. ... show more

I wasn’t sure if I liked this mattress at first; in fact, we had a hard time sleeping on it for probably the first week. But I honestly think that is because we are so used to an ancient garbage mattress that it took getting used to. I spent the extra money on this particular mattress because it is supposed to be better for the back. My partner has a tricky back and he says it makes his back sore, but again—I think he just isn’t used to a good, firm mattress. And it is *firm*. That is my preference, but if you don’t like firm mattresses, this might not be the best choice. I am very impressed with the quality and I’m glad I spent the extra money getting a 14” mattress. The only problem with that is it is harder to keep the fitted sheet on lol. I’m going to buy those sheet suspenders to keep them on. ..but if my biggest complaint is that my mattress is so thick that the fitted sheets won’t behave, that’s a pretty small issue lol. ... show more

This mattress is no joke. I don’t know where to start. I have only slept on it for just over a week and my body can tell such a tremendous difference. I fall asleep quickly and easily and wake up in the same position! I’m having uninterrupted, deep sleep that I haven’t had in a very long time. The mattress feels firm and supportive but soft and cozy at the same time; not sure how they did that! I hope it holds up over time. So far, soooo good!!! It inflated to size in a couple of hours and there was very minimal odor from the foam which I was concerned about because of my allergies. The smell only lasted a few hours I’d say and I didn’t notice it at all by the next day. Hope this helps someone…buy this mattress!!!!!! ... show more

I found the mattress to be comfortable, but you have to break into it. The edge support is good. The initial few nights were the most challenging. I’ve been buying from Amazon for years and I normally don’t leave comments or reviews on products I receive but this one right here is it really good mattress! I have had foam mattresses before and spring mattresses and I must admit this is the best mattresses I could have ever want it. I thought it was going to be really hard like laying on a piece of wood but in all actuality, it is very firm and very comfortable !! I’ve had foam beds before to when you sit on it you see the indentations where you have lied and it’s just not comfortable, but I really am very satisfied with this purchase ☺️ firm it’s is for me! ... show more

I was a bit skeptical and also afraid to make the change to this mattress being that I have a back injury but, I have to say that I’m so glad I did! I hadn’t had restful sleep in years, also the cool gel is amazing especially if you live in Texas or in a state that sees and feels triple digits in the summertime.
