Just got this mattress delivered today and slept on it for the first time—and wow, I’m honestly surprised at how good it is right out of the box. Setup was super easy. It came tightly rolled and vacuum-sealed in a box, and after a few hours it fully expanded and looked great. No weird smells, no issues. The comfort level is amazing. It feels soft on top but supportive underneath—my back and shoulders felt really well supported, and I actually woke up without the usual stiffness I get from my old mattress. I'm hoping this continues, but so far so good. What I really love is how cool it sleeps. I tend to get hot at night, but this mattress stayed at a comfortable temperature the whole time. The fabric feels cool to the touch, and I can tell the copper gel and cooling materials are doing their job.

The media could not be loaded. Please wait a full 24 hours before sleeping to allow to firm up slightly. My mistake was attempting to sleep on this mattress only 12 hours into it being opened. When I slept on it without allowing it to firm up, it wasn’t supportive enough and hurt my back. I knew I was taking a risk ordering a memory foam mattress, as I had previously bought a 4 inch memory foam topper a couple years ago that caused me severe back pain from not being supportive enough to distribute my weight properly. Just as I was in distress and frustrated with the mattress outcome, I waited another 16 hours and then got back on it. This time I noticed it had firmed up more and I got a great night sleep. So all in all, I am keeping the mattress after all. It is firm enough for support but also soft enough to mold around your body. I can’t say it’s the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on (hence the 4 stars) but it’s good enough that I’m satisfied with my purchase. Hopefully the video will help show how someone’s weight distributes on this mattress. For the record I am 120 pounds and bought the 12 inch medium firm mattress. Someone who weighs a bit more might find they sink into the foam more than I do.

This is a Very Awesome Quality Mattress and for a reasonable price. We have been purchasing and using new quality memory foam mattresses for decades and regardless of the cost, they normally last us around 6-7 years, and we purchase a new 3" thick quality memory foam mattress topper every 3 years. So yes, we put a new high quality foam mattress topper on top of the new 14" medium-firm mattress to add the soft touch we have found to be very comfortable. We haven't had a King size bed since the waterbed days and it sure is nice to have a King size bed again!

The medium firm feel provides excellent support for my growing body, especially my lower back, which used to ache every morning. Since switching to this mattress, I’ve been sleeping so much better.
