This is a superior back brace! My chiropractor recommended I get one but not a specific brand. None of my specialists were offering me solutions. I bought this brace about two weeks ago, and have been wearing it while sitting, exercising, standing and driving. I take it off to sleep and to swim. Already I’m in much less pain! My back hasn’t been going out of alignment as much since I got this. The product is very adjustable, folds into my purse tote , and is easy to take on and off. It comes with a metal insert to help your posture I suppose. I wore it to my follow up appointment with the chiro and he was impressed with the construction. He says that the goal is to not have to wear this eventually (at least not all the time). I highly recommend this product.

I haven't tried many others so do not have much to compare. It is very good quality. Velcro is nice and secure. My issue was based on size chart a medium should have fit. It was too large. The front flaps overlapped a lot to the point I couldn't tighten it. My spine is rather indented so where the back plate is located it left a big pocket preventing the band to come in contact with my back so I wasn't getting any support in that area. I exchanged for a small and it is better. I think it would be better with some cushioning in that area to add pressure in that area.

product as advertised, arrived in timely fashion. Product offers great support and helps with back pain relief. I can only wear it for a certain amount of time, for me it becomes a little uncomfortable and hot. However, that being said the support is awesome for the time I can comfortable wear it.

Works good. Watch sizing. Product does just as it says. Made with good materials. Sturdy. It has helped greatly with my back pains. I measured my waist line, just like it showed. My waist was 52, so I ordered the 3xl. It is to big. I should have ordered the 2xl. I can't adjust this tight enough that it doesn't slide up when moving around, so I have to Continually push it down. I could return it but it costs me to return it, and I can't afford that, and I can't afford to purchase another. So I'm just going to wear this one and deal with the Hassel of pushing it down all the time. Because when it stays in place it helps a lot! That is why 4 star rating.
