I received this chair as an anniversary gift from my husband and I can’t say enough good things about it. The gentle swaying of the chair is so relaxing, I fall asleep almost every time I sit down in it. The base of the chair is heavy duty metal so it it very sturdy. My husband assembled it for me and said it was easy to put together. The cushion is comfortable and easily ties onto the basket seat. There is a tether that can be tied to the support arm of the base to keep the basket from moving too much. I have tried it both ways and prefer it untethered, but those who don’t like as much motion may prefer to use it. Also, the basket seat can be hung at different heights using the accompanying chain. The cushion is spot clean only, but so far it has stayed clean. I did purchase separately a cover for the chair to protect the cushion when not in use, but after a couple of thunderstorms with high winds, we determined that the cover acted more like a sail which would cause the chair to tip over. Now we leave the chair uncovered and just put the cushion away when there is rain in the forecast. The chair has remained upright during subsequent storms with strong wind. Overall, this chair has been a wonderful purchase and my only regret is that I didn’t get one sooner! ... show more

This chair is amazing. Easy assembly. I put it on my back deck over-looking the back yard & the wildlide. It is so comfortable to sit & swing in. It turns around to face any direction. The seller had the chair to me in a couple days!

I have always wanted one of these hanging chairs and just on a whim I looked and saw this one on sale, affordable, And I could make monthly payments! So I ordered it and hoped for the best. Came almost half a week early, loved that! I put it together by myself and my son made sure my bolts were tight, and the first time I sat in it? It was a dream come true! It is everything I had hoped for! My feet are the perfect distance to the floor, and I can gently sway side to side, omg! I love it! This chair came unassembled but was prettyeasy to put together. It is very sturdy & well made. It'scomfortable with the cushion & little pillow. I just wish it came with a winter rain cover, like others offer. All in all it is a well made chair

The product I bought was new when I received the package it was shipped with the box barley closed and falling apart and when I saw the pieces they were all scratched and it was a used and returned item not new . I pd for shipping that was not shipped properly and the item was too heavy and I am unable to attempt to rebox it and send back so I’m stuck with a poorly shipped used item .
