These chairs are solid! They were unbelievably easy to put together. They look great! I bought cushions for them just to make the seat softer but you don’t have to. They are straight back but I think they are still comfortable. They are well worth the money!

I HAVE RETURNED TO EDIT MY REVIEW PLEASE READ THE BOTTOM PARAGRAPH! Original Review: Let me start by saying I love/ed these chairs and I thought I had purchased a great valued item. However after only having them on my front porch for about 3 weeks, the middle section on the back on once of them broke in too. Now I'm hoping that I can contact the company (which appears to be in China), for a replacement back. Within the order we received 2 chairs. One is great, but now this. I'm hoping it's just a weak part and it unusual, and I hope the company will help me with this. I'll return later to update this post and let everyone else know how it goes. Right now my only option appears to be returning it for a refund, but I don't want to do that with both already assembled chairs. I just need a replacement backing for one of them. They are ALMOST perfect!! ----- UPDATED: Time of Writing: May 27th 2023 WOW! JUST WOW! The company reached out to me to make this right. They didn't just ship me a new back, but they shipped me a whole NEW rocking chair just like the one that had broken. I was contacted by email after they read my original review here and expressed how deeply sorry they were and that they would immediately ship out a replacement. The rep told me that he had already notified the warehouse about the possibility of a weak part and said that they have already been working to correct the supply. I was honestly so surprised, and after about 3days!!!!!!!!! the replacement arrived on my porch. These chairs are very nice, and very well built. (I don't know where the company originates from, but they are not cheap nor skimpy). I believe that I prb just got a bad part, (which can happen to anyone), but the respect and speed at which they made it right is truly amazing and something that not enough companies do anymore. I will very much recommend them and these chairs to anyone I know! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE REP AND COMPANY FOR MAKING THIS RIGHT!!!!!! ABSOLUTIY PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!! :-D

While these chairs are beautiful and extremely well made, I was not happy with the comfort of these chairs…very upright with a short rock. The company reached out and is trying very hard to handle my issues….difficult with large, bulky items. As for now, I am very pleased with their customer service. I will revise my review if it doesn’t go as planned, but for now, they have been extremely responsive and helpful.

I've been slowly changing the items on my balcony to reduce the potential for having a strong wind blow items into the impact glass windows and sliding door of my living room. Yes, impact glass reduces the potential for catastrophic damage, but it can still shatter but stay in place. So, I really would rather not take that opportunity on. But I really enjoy sitting in a rocking chair during our wonderful South Florida evenings and this rocking chair meets that objective. It was easy to assemble and is quite sturdy. I topped it off with a seat and back cushion from Amazon. The back is very upright, so if you prefer to slouch back a bit, this might not be comfortable for you. But the cushion makes a significant difference in comfort level. And since we can have some intense winds come from the ocean, I also anchored it with some soft exercise weights from Amazon. I put them on the bottom of the rocker where it meets the floor, adding some weight so the chair makes it less likely to fly around in a gust of wind but still lets me rock without hindrance. Overall, this is a positive addition to my balcony furniture.
