I ordered this setup to start looking at Solar for my home. As I didn't know much about it, I have learned a lot on it. The kit is a low output of average 100W. The amount of time varies with what you are using it for. The primary reason is to run my Starlink internet. But it is underpowered (not the fault of the manufacturer) to sustain 24/7. Starlink uses about 80 watts so this limits the time to run on a battery. But lesson learned for this kit it to do a bit of math and get the right unit. I will have a Starlink system running at a campsite with no power located at the site of Starlink system. This gave me the means to figure out what I really needed. The system is good for low power items. There is no claim that it will power a house. Its a good system. The solar panels are a bit clunky, but very portable. Came with everything that is needed to charge the battery system. I will note when plugged in 120V house, the battery unit charges extremely fast. On a bright sunny day, about 2-3 hours. It varried the few times I used it because of cloud cover, angle of the sun, etc. Most of the time it was charging at 100W or a bit more. Pretty cool and now be able to get my Starlink system at the campsite running without the need for a hard wired power system. I will note running a lamp at 50W draw lasted all night without issue. Run my 32inch TV for about 8 hours (25w draw). The system is a quality product and has good user manuals. Especially in the even it would catch on fire.

We are so impressed with this little EcoFlow solar generator. The solar panels are packaged really nicely in their own case and are super easy to set up & connect. We powered our Dometic refrigerator & were charging from solar at the same time...it went from 75% to 100% in less than an hour. It powers the fridge & charges phones, cameras etc. all night long. I would be confident playing a movie on a laptop at the same time. The solar works so well... as long as there's some sun, no worries recharging.

I am not here to write a review on the product. I can't since it seems Eco Flow can't seem to communicate on a professional level with the consumer and be honest. I was told my package was coming in 2 packages, but Amazon states it has arrived and I know that only the panels came. Companies need to be held responsible for screwing up. I feel they lied to me about me package and have yet to receive anything about my Power Station. I'm sure the product works just fine, but it's their customer service that failed miserably. Where is my Power Station ?

Honestly I look at all these battery packs as computer UPS systems. They are no generators more of energy storage. The solar panel does make it more of a generator. This product quality is excellent I expected some usual chinesium. The panels, the carrying bag and the components are very solid well made. I was quite impressed with the solar panels sturdiness and weight. Also why are the panels so pretty? haha. Ecoflow does go above and beyond very happy Im going with the Ecoflow systems. I havent tested it yet other than charging my laptop really quick to ensure it worked. These systems are incredibly easy to use, one button press operation. Some reviews are pointless here, people clearly dont understand electricity this is not going to power your whole house. This is a tiny battery pack maybe to charge your small electronics nothing more. Be realistic.

I'm giving it a 3 star because I was only able to charge it from the wall 1 time and that's when I first received it it worked great while I was camping except it didn't hold a charge through the night if I had anything plugged into it, and tho I expected to have to move the panels a few times for max solar absorption I didn't think it would be evert couple of minutes and if the shade hit the end with the wires it almost brings the charging to a halt.

UPDATE #2: They finally paid attention to what I said and reached out to let me know that the connecting cable was supposed to be included in the bundle but there had been problems at the warehouse getting this right. Since I had already ordered a cable, they refunded me the difference. I've updated my review to a 4-start because I still fault them for 1) having a known issue at the warehouse and not getting it resolved, and 2) providing no information in the product description about the inclusion/exclusion of the cable, what the connector type is, or even a picture showing the side of the product with the charging ports. Now that I have the cable, I was actually able to use the battery and the solar charger on a camping trip. The battery was really good. We charged a lot of phones, watches, iPads, lights, and even other batteries. I was very impressed with the 110w solar panel's performance. With periodic adjustments, I was able to keep the input in the 100w to 107w range. The typical charge from ~25-30% battery remaining to 98-100% full was less than an hour. That was amazing. For the actual product performance, I'd give them a 5-Star. UPDATE #1: After getting a response from the company, I decided to lower my rating to a 1-Star. Sending me a generic email without even reading the review I left just shows a continued disregard for the customer's time. INITIAL REVIEW: I bought the combo of the ECOFLOW Solar Generator RIVER 2 256Wh with the 110W Solar Panel. I'm new to the solar panel/solar generator world, so I figured it would be smart to buy the bundle so I knew everything would work together. You know, a little more expensive, but worth it to avoid the mistake of buying a panel that didn't work with the battery. They called this "the perfect camping buddies" right on the Amazon page. Well... I don't know if they actually work together, and can't share anything about how it charges, how long the battery lasts, or, well, anything. Why? Because they don't provide a cable to connect the solar panel to the solar generator. "What!! How do you sell a bundled product (the perfect camping buddies), and not provide a way to use them together?" Maybe they could just tell you that you have to order another part - but no. How about at least providing information on the connector needed on the solar generator - but no. Nothing. nada. So I spent a little more to avoid the headache, but now I get a pain in the @$$. I'm giving them a 2-Star rating.
