We’ve been doing a lot of camping and overlanding over the years, so having a reliable power source is a must for us. After hearing good things about Ecoflow from my friends who have been camping and overlanding for a while, I decided to pick up this EF Ecoflow Solar Generator Delta 3 Classic, and test it out. After unboxing, I was surprised how compact and lightweight it is compared to another power station I own. It’s easy to load in and out, which is a plus when you have to pack and unpack. It doesn’t take up too much space, and has a sturdy build that feels made for the outdoors. It’s surprisingly portable for the amount of power it delivers. The fast charging blew me away — it went from nearly empty to a full charge in about an hour. That’s incredibly convenient, especially when we’re prepping for a trip and don’t have all day to wait. I turned off the home wifi and plugged my Starlink Mini into the power station, used it for work and it handled that flawlessly. Having a reliable power source while in the desert or on BLM land to plug our Starlink makes a big difference for us because we can rest assured knowing that we have a power supply that will keep the Starlink running to keep us connected in case of an emergency. I also charged multiple phones and iPads throughout the day with no problem. We had movie night a few days ago, and set up a projector for an outdoor movie night for the kids, and the Delta 3 powered it perfectly for the whole film — and still had plenty of juice left afterward. The two 100W rigid solar panels worked great during the day, easily keeping the Delta 3 topped off even under partial sun. They’re efficient, easy to set up, and built to handle rough outdoor use. We've just recently installed a window AC unit, but don't have a outlet close enough to plug it in, so we used the Ecoflow Delta 3 as a power source to run the AC unit, and it was perfect! I can turn the AC on to keep my office cool. Overall, the Ecoflow Delta 3 Classic is a powerhouse in a compact package. Between the quick charging, solid battery life, and excellent solar performance, it is now an essential part of our camping and overlanding gear.
