Was very unhappy at first, could not find this unit on wifi or bluetooth. had to reinstall app on phone and all was golden. now im happy. support was not helpful tho.

Brand new "smart" unit does not connect via bluetooth or wifi. I've reached out to support and as of this morning all they say is "delete and reinstall the app." Clearly that doesn't help me. Tried to use my warranty and they said I can't because they are sold out and don't have a replacement unit to send me. I asked for a refund and they told me they had to have the "escalated technical team" review my request and will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Nobody in support picks up the phone. They do everything by email and it takes them 24+ hours to return an email that is the basic of emails that I can figure out on my own. For a $1600 unit, it defiantly is NOT worth it. Will return and just use my dual fuel champion that's 75% cheaper. ... show more

Could not get it to run my DC appliances during the Hurricane voltage to low! I had to plug in other devices and have it run continuously, what a waist of fuel! The tech and customer service is non existent! Good luck if you buy any of their products. I paid more for what I thought was better quality. NOPE ... show more
