WARNING WARNING WARNING Garbage products with no customer service. I am leaving this review on all their items I have bought multiple EcoFlow products and can't get them fixed properly or even get decent service. They are absolute garbage. 2 out of 4 products defective within months after spending over $7,000 on Delta Pro, Delta 2 Max and Wave 2 with 2 batteries. Also multiple solar panels, and gas/lp generator. Sent back Delta Pro, basically non functioning after a couple months. They fixed some issues then sent it back. Now can't get it fixed. Keeps melting down inverters I try to charge it with. Will try to pull thousands of watts from inverter if you try to use while charging. First time I tried to use Wave 2 air conditioner/heater and it will only draw power from battery. Will not run off AC. Drained the battery down and will not run or recharge battery Their stupid design requires another unit to charge the battery with XT 150 cable. So if you can't charge from Wave 2. You need to purchase another generator to charge battery and XT cable as the one that comes with it is only 5 inches long to attach ONLY to Wave 2. ... show more

    • Ecoflow Smart Generator (SG) 3000 Considerations
Style: Smart Generator 3000
These are things to consider before purchasing this Ecoflow Smart Generator (SG) 3000: 1. Presently, the Ecoflow SG 3000 only auto-starts with the Ecoflow Delta 3 Plus power station to charge it when the electrical charge of the Delta 3 drops below a set level. Unfortunately, this propriety auto-start setting will not work with other Ecoflow power stations. Hopefully, Ecoflow will fix this in a future firmware update to include Delta 2 Max and Delta Pro. However, Ecoflow probably will not do this since for larger power stations they are selling the much heavier and larger SG4000 model. 2. The Ecoflow SG3000 used with other batteries can remote start and stop via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. If out camping without Wi-Fi, however, only the short-range Bluetooth signal from a smartphone can control the generator. Which may be enough for most users, but is something to considered. 3. The Ecoflow Smart Generator 3000 sputters (cuts-out) above 4000 feet of elevation. You may have to install a different carburetor at higher elevations to get normal charging. 4. The small 12-volt lithium battery inside of the SG3000 generator that provides for remote control of the generator becomes depleted during storage. Ecoflow has not provided an easy way to keep charged the small battery during storage, other than connecting it to another Ecoflow power station with a port for a 5521cable. This cable also may not be provided with other Ecoflow power stations. 5. Where can the Ecoflow generator be repaired? There are few if any local repair shops that will service Ecoflow products. For most repairs the customer may have to box and ship the generator to an out-of-state repair facility. The main reason for the lack of local repair facilities is the complicated electronics inside of the generator that many local shops are not prepared to service. The mechanical repairs seem to present few problems other that getting parts for the service. ... show more

Ordered this for our new RV which has the EcoFlow Power Hub and 5k batteries. Was very surprised that EcoFlow made the choice to NOT include compatibility with the power hub on only this model of generator. Now it is being returned and I need to order a different one. Looks like a nice unit but I never used it. ... show more

Well I almost bought this until I read that it has a 500 hour or 2 year service life. I cant justify that amount of money for only 2 years of use.
