(1 Star) 2 weeks after placing the order I have not received the product, I only got the solar panels. No answer from Ecoflow, Amazon nor Fedex. Update (3 Stars) Looks like my delivery got lost in transit I was offered a refund. Once I get the refund I will try to buy it again
