The media could not be loaded. Lights work great but the housing is plastic. I don’t know how long they will last. The commercial electric (sold in HD) ones I removed have aluminum housing. I worry all that plastic will get hot cause issues. Hopefully no fires. Will update review after a little while. ... show more

    • Easy to install, versatile lighting

I got these to replace 10 can lights in my basement because the lightbulbs keep blowing in the cans, and it's increasingly difficult to find good replacements. (As an aside, I think the bulbs blow because my children stomp around like elephants, shaking the house as they go!) These were a breeze to install, and I appreciate the various warmth settings that can be selected prior to hanging the fixtures. They make for a perfect replacement where you don't wish to tear down your ceiling to install a different kind of fixture. I haven't tried the nightlight feature yet (using 10 as nightlights might be overkill!), but I am planning to buying more and installing them in areas where that function will be useful. ... show more

    • Nice lights. Connections could be more solid but otherwise excellent.

Lights were easy to install, as expected. Only quibble is that some of the connections took a little work to connect. Should be straightforward. Quality of the material is good. Brightness is good. Mostly top notch lights except for those connections.
