The Edelbrock Performer-Plus Camshaft and Lifter Kit are part of the total power package to produce optimum torque from the low-end to the mid-range. It features smooth idling cams for daily drivers, trucks or vans. The advertised intake duration is 278 degrees and the exhaust duration is 288 degrees. The camshaft comes with hydraulic lifters, assembly lube and full instructions. The intake valve lift with factory rocker arm ratio is 0. 42 and the exhaust valve lift with factory rocker arm ratio is 0. 442.

can't beat Edelbrock for quality and works very well with their other products. I bought the intake and carb to match. my little chevy is strong in the low/mid range! be very careful with break in! after first oil change one of the lifters got really noisy. I haven't had a chance to take it all apart again to look into it but I suspect the cam is eating itself. I used break in oil and high zddp oil after break in so..... I'm leaving the 5 star rating until I can see whats going on. I'll change if part was actually defective. ... show more

    • HUGE improvement over stock cam!
Had flat cam problems in a stock (un-rebuilt) '70 C10. Lifters were also shot. After install, engine starts and runs better than ever before. Great kit to bring an old worn 350 back to life! Pulls strong from a little over idle, comes to life when the secondaries open up. Not a race cam by any means but huge improvement over stock. ... show more

Marketing scam!! It's nothing but a Comp Cams cam and lifter set. Nothing else!! Very disappointed. Won't buy from edelbrock anymore 😕

Replaced the stock cam with rounded off lobes in my '78 Camaro's 350 engine. Everything went well but the mandated 2500 RPM for 30 minute break-in was a bit scary on a freshly rebuilt motor. Car seems to run much better now.

This was my first time installing a cam. It was quite a challenge for what came along with the process, but once all was done, it is worth what I paid for.     • Bad cam/poor quality
Had it installed in a newly rebuild engine all new parts. The cam was broken in per detailed instructions and sounded good. After the exhaust was finished I started it and it sounded horrible. Needless to say the cam is actually bad. I found out Edelbrock had a bunch of cams produced that were poor quality, I must have got one. ... show more
