While I didn't keep these pants I wanted to so badly! The fabric is so light and so soft. Length is perfect skimming top of ankle at 5-9. These would be perfect for travel as advertised, but also for an early morning summer walk with the dogs which is why I bought them, or even a casual lunch or dinner when you don't want to dress up or down. Unfortunately these like many other standard brand pants fit me oddly. The waist gapped and the hips were too snug. As a weight lifter and ultra runner I come across this more often than not so not a fault of the manufacturer. I really like these pants, I usually need a petite small size, and the small in these is the right length. Nice lightweight material. I have both pink and black, and I usually wear the black pair at occasions where I need to dress up, it works well with a dressy blouse. The only reason I took away 1 star is because the hip/thigh area on the pants is a bit too big, it bows out and isn't flattering. (as a few other reviews have also mentioned) I've had my seamstress take that in on both pairs I have -- that ends up making the pockets smaller, but having it more of a straight cut looks and fits much better. ... show more

If I could give this a 0 star review, I would. Very disappointed in the quality of the pants. Washed and dried as directed and they are horribly wrinkled. While the fit and comfort level of these pants are good, they are super thin. I ordered the green color and they are attractive, but I worry they are so thin that they will not last with day to day wear. These pants will do well in the hot summer.
