I am choosy regarding how comforters feel, do not like the satin material of many styles/designs, this was perfect in every way! Super soft, design, color and fabric are great. It is reversible so a great value overall. It looks great, the grey color is classic and fabric quality stands out. Very warm fleece (cold New England) , soft soft soft fabric on both sides. The beautiful velvety soft top and high quality Sherpa lining athletically pleases us. Let me also say that it washes the best of any comforter I have ever owned. I have a queen size mattress bur ordered the king so that is drapes over my bed sides more attractively. The color is a forest green/loden which is beautiful and the inner long fleece is a light brown shade. Both sides are soft and drape well. It is a medium weight. I live in northern Montana so need layers so I have flannel sheets, polar fleece blanket, this comforter and a fleece queen throw for napping on top of the comforter and as an optional layer if I need it.
