This are great. Long but thoughtful review. I have always hated using a dishwasher. They leave your dishes smelling like soap. They leave them feeling weird and often times they leave food or scratch dishes. Doesn’t matter the dishwasher, if it is mine or someone else’s. I can tell when one was used and it puts me off my food. Which makes me sad. These tabs however have helped me out so so much. They have no residue, no smell and my dishes are always clean. And they haven’t scratched a single one so far. I am so so happy I found these as it means I am more likely to use the dishwasher and means I have more time for other things. I have tried a few other natural dishwasher detergents, and while they work…it’s just only somewhat. So despite the positive reviews on this, my hopes were still not high. So I have been very pleasantly surprised. Dishes have been coming out squeaky clean with no residue. My only non-positive feedback is on the plastic packaging for each little cube of detergent, but regardless of that…I will purchase again. ... show more

I love these dishwashing tabs ! They work like the standard name brands but they use safe ingredients I feel good exposing my kids to. Also I can not stress enough how much I appreciate they minimal amount of plastic used each for the packaging. Each tab is sealed in its own individual plastic wrapper. I was skeptical bc sometimes “green” cleaners don’t always perform, but they get everything in the dishwasher so clean! I like that there is no smell or bc I don’t want my dishes to smell like anything I don’t need fragrance on my dishes. ... show more

I use 2 tablets and a heavy cycle. My dishes are always clean. 4 stars instead of 5 for packaging. Wish there was a way to not use any plastic....each tablet is in a plastic wrapper. However, the amount of plastic is minimal.

I really, really like these. I've been purchasing the same eco-friendly dishwasher detergent for years, and the price keeps going up, but the performance was becoming worse. This was the simple and quick option available to order that wasn't a commitment of months of use or a $20 purchase. I agree that these are excellent for leaving no residue, and very simple to use. I hadn't thought about it, but sometimes I schedule my dishwasher to run at a certain time, and it's nice to have a solid detergent that doesn't leak at all from the detergent dish. It's understandable that people are upset about the plastic component to the packaging, though now that Ecover has been purchased by a large corporation, I don't have high hopes that will change for the better. That said, this is available as a boxed, loose powder, at least at other stores I buy supplements and eco-friendly products from, so that option is available to purchase. ... show more

I like these a lot over other brands because they do a better job at keeping my dishes clean! If I use the more expensive brands, I still have food on my dishes in the dishwasher and have to wash multiple times. These clean very well! Only thing I would say is that every once in a while I will see the residue from the tabs on my glass cups and have to rinse them again. ... show more
