Overall the frame is very sturdy and is nice looking. It was a bit hard to assemble as the directions were all but non existent and a few of the holes didn’t line up. The hammock is advertised as a 2 person but there is zero chance that even 2 small adults could get on this thing. The photo of a couple laying on the hammock is clearly photo shopped which I didn’t notice when ordering. The hammock is extremely hard to get into and get balanced and if you were to fall asleep and shifted your weight at all, you’d be on the ground or land on the stand and get hurt. I’ve had several hammocks and stands over the years and I’m not one to complain, but at the price point that I paid I feel like I got ripped off. I did give 3 stars since the stand is nice enough that i can hopefully find a hammock that’ll fit. ... show more

    • Impossible to assemble

Had to hire a handyman to complete because it’s extremely difficult to finish assembling. It looks nice and is sturdy; the hammock isn’t as comfortable as some I’ve used— more elastic and prone to tipping.

    • Oh, my aching back!!

Once assembled the hammock is very comfy. The assembly instructions, however, are loosy goosy, at least to this Neanderthal. Along with that, some of the pre-drilled holes are not 100% aligned. I had to hammer several of the longer nails in with great difficulty. I plan to apply a second coat of a finisher so I can leave the frame out year round. I did notice towards the end of some of the timbers that the striatum should of adhered wood had begin to split. All in all I would not recommend this product ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I'm a 230 lbs man..the product says it can hold up to 550 lbs. That is a complete lie. I also have video.

    • Poor wood quality, worse customer service

This product was great for roughly 2 months. Once the weather turned cold, the wood started to split. Difficult to contact company's customer service however once contact was made, no resolution was made. Extremely disappointed.
