I have a quote from a mechanic to replace this air filter in my car. Don’t spend all that money. Get a filter and check YouTube for how to replace it yourself. My Honda Fit has the cabin air filter in the glove box. It took all of 3 minutes to pop it open , slide out the old filter, slide in the new filter and snap the glove box closed again. This installed easily. Perfect fit. However I do notice a difference in the air filtration compared to OEM filters. More dust and odors pass through. But for only a fraction of the price it does well enough for now

It's a cabin air filter. It's cheap, and works to properly filter the air coming in the cabin, and saves a ton over OEM. Good for 15k miles, but I'll just shake it out then and reuse it for another 15k. Unless it's totally crudded up.

Super easy to install! I watched a YouTube tutorial and it was a little confusing to take the old filter out but overall took me probably 10 minutes. I am very happy I didn't get ripped off at the dealership when I could do this simple fix at home!
