I bought this pump for my mother's garden to use with a 500-gallon water tank that collects rainwater. This little pump connects to a garden hose and has been working perfectly. Recently, we experienced an issue where the pressure switch started acting up and working intermittently. I contacted the Eco-Worthy support team through their support page and received excellent customer service. I've had this pump for a little over a month now. About a week after the return window closed, it stopped working. There are two small black wires that run underneath the pump, which control the pressure on/off switch (Shown in picture). I managed to take apart that section and determined this was the cause of the issue. You can buy these switches online pretty cheaply, but the repair process wasn't exactly convenient or easy. That all being said, the pump performs exactly as described and runs pretty quietly. I live in a small rent house which had extremely low water pressure. This pump is connected to a water storage tank which now feeds the entire house. Low pressure issue solved.

I purchased a pump in October, 2023. The pump worked fine last year. It was quiet and dependable. I starting camping again in March of '24, and the pump had an issue. I contacted customer service and they were excellent. They fixed the problem and were true to their word. I would absolutely purchase again from Ecoworthy. They stand behind their products!!

I have never left a one star review on Amazon, but this product has earned it. Last year I bought this pump for use with my travel trailer. It worked great for 9 months and then failed. Since there is only like a 45 day warranty, I could not return it, so had to buy a second one. That second pump only lasted 2 weeks, and then failed. I sent it back for a replacement, and it was going to be received in 48 hours, but then it got delayed for unknown reasons and now I am waiting for a new shipping date, and after talking with two Amazon Customer Service reps over three days, I still do not have a shipping date of when I will receive the replacement. Do not buy this pump.

I've been using this with a smart plug to pump the grey water from my RV to the sewer (I have a cassette toilet). it does an excellent job and makes very little noise. The filter is a little annoying, so I just removed it. I watch what goes down the drain in my RV, so I'm not terribly concerned. If you don't, this wouldn't be a good application for the pump... the filter fills fast and it's hard to clean.
