I purchased this to power a mobile water pumping/filtration/storage system I've since put together and tested. This pump works well, even better with an accumulator attached and puts out good pressure. I ran 70 gallons thru it w approx 12' of garden hose tied to an unpressurized holding tank on the ground (same level as the pump basically), and out thru another 10' garden hose to shutoff valve/sprayer/valve. I would give it 5 stars if only it put out 3.5 gallons per/min like I think it's rated. It's closer to 2.5/3 so far, but if there was back pressure or the source was elevated, I bet it may do better. Regardless, works great and better than expected running of a DeWalt battery. Ran for 20min or so straight and the full battery was still "full" when I got done. ... show more

Hoping to find a leak somewhere but ti I always on rather than pressurizing the line and shutting off. Also the pressure adjustment is weak, I wanted maximum a d ha e turned the set screw all the way. Is a little better than the stock pump.

My wife and I planted around 60 trees on our property and needed a more efficient means of watering than a 2-gallon can. Mounted this pump on a 30-gallon barrel, and voila, I have a portable watering system I can put in the back of my UTV. The 12V version did not come with the 1/2-3/4" hose adapters and needed to be purchased separately. I had difficulty getting the metal adapters on to the pump as it kept wanting to cross-thread. As such, there is a small drip at the connection point because I didn't want to over-tighten and risk cracking the plastic. Not a big deal for me since the water drips back into the barrel. We've been using this system for a few days now and it definitely sped up the watering process, and there's plenty of pressure for the multi-function spray nozzle we're using. Time will tell how long it will last, but for now, two thumbs up!! ... show more

Works as it should. I use to pump water from a 100gal bladder into my camper. Makes the process smooth. Hooked to the bladder I tried it as if hooked up to city water and it kept good pressure and turned on and off as it should.
