Worked well. I'll tell you this much. I have large mud tires on my pickup with aftermarket rims. I took it to 3 different tire shops and all three made the balance worse. I used the chart to find out how much weight in beads I needed. Purchased the 6 oz. I put then in and removed all the stick on weights from my rims. My front tires are balanced smooth as glass and my rear one tire I think could use another oz. With that being said .. on the first try these beads got it closer than 3 tire shops could. So far A+

Bigger beads than counteract, don’t get stuck in the valve core. Use them in 11R-22.5 and 24.5’s and they work great. I think they were on sale when I bought them but I will probably keep using them either way. Had one bag that was broken inside but I just dumped them in and was careful when seating the bead.

The media could not be loaded. I recently installed these tire beads in several tires. My first test was on a 2003 Honda Pilot. I had 4 tires that I swapped from my neighbor onto the Pilot and took the time to clean up some corrosion on the bead that was causing a very slow air leak. The installation of these balance beads was pretty easy. If you break the bags open they have a potential to create a mess, you also want to make sure that the balance beads don't wind up in the tire's bead and cause sealing issues. For being a 20+ year old car, the balance was ok with just throwing the loose beads into each tire. After measuring out the weights for each bag, I can see that there is some inconsistencies in the weight of each bag, see my video. I am going to have to go back and measure out some additional beads for each tire. I also installed them in my wife's 2011 GMC Yukon XL after breaking the tires and wheels down to repair some bead corrosion and chrome flaking that was causing slow and continuous air leak that means i have to keep the tires aired up every 2 weeks or so. Knowing what I know from the Pilot, I measured out the weight of the balance beads added to the tire. I measured out 3.5oz to split the difference between the recommended 3oz and 4oz for the tire size in their charts. After measuring out the balance bead weight, the ride was perfectly smooth up to 80mph. Using these balance beads allowed me to save $50/tire to have them remounted and balanced after this work. For the Pilot, I am trying to spend as little money as possible. For my wife's car I like not having to wonder if I need to get the tires balanced as they are perpetually balanced!

I am running a 37x12.50x17 Maxxis Competiton Trepador on a Method 106 beadlock wheel, total weight is 138 pounds, and they are almost impossible to get balanced well since they are offroad tires and wheels. 14 OZ of these beads got them almost perfect however, so that we can run the Jeep from the trail to the gas station, or to where we have the trailer parked, all while not vibrating our fillings out! Good quality beads!

The media could not be loaded. These balance beads DO NOT WORK. I reached out to CounterAct before purchase and they recommend the 8oz packs for my tires and wheel weight combo. The tires now vibrate to the point of not being drivable once reaching 60mph. I reached out again to customer service and have received no reply for 5 days. Now I am going to have to pay a second time to have the beads vacuumed out and rebalanced. Huge waste of time and money. I thought these would be great but I have learned my lesson. Stay away from balance beads.
