I love these curtains I got for my mother for her room, mainly because she lives yellow. I got her a yellow blanket that is super soft, but the color of the blanket and the curtains match! They make her room very pretty and “calm”. The yellow curtains with three windows connected where she ties the middle ones in a bow during the day just looks absolutely gorgeous. My younger daughter loves to take her nap in my mothers room because when she closes the curtains and blinds, keeps the sun out for the most part, and is a great value. If you love pink, buy this! The color and shade are so vibrant and bold! Fit for a Princess! I purchased this to cover the window in my craft room and not only does it fit my pink sparkle vibe, but it does work wonders to block out the sun. I actually folded my curtain over the rod several times to get it to the length I needed to cover the top half of my window. I purchased these for noise reduction and to help keep the heat and light out. In the past I had purchased similar ones that were much heavier, so upon receiving them I was hesitant by their lighter feel. The quality is nice and they hang beautifully. And yes, they do help with noise reduction and heat but I feel they aren't quite as good keeping the light out as the backing is on the thinner side. This is my only reason for the four star rating. The curtains are a thicker material that block most of the light. The light does get through around the edges. I am not sure about through the curtains because I have screen covers over the windows as well.

I love these curtains and have three sets purchased about two months ago. They are the perfect color and length. I washed them and steamed out most of the wrinkles tho will take at least one more steam session to get the rest out. BUT just looked them up again and the price has increased by nearly 350%! It works really well with blocking out the lights and looks good aesthetically. It is exactly as described dimension-wise and color wise. You may want to iron the folds due to the packaging but personally it doesn’t bother me. Also, I only ended up using 2 panels but there are 4 panels total. I would 100% recommend. Our apartment door has a “window” and it makes it hard to watch movies during the day and now we don’t have that issue anymore. ... show more

I was going to return these, because they were so stiff. Quite like an oil cloth, outdoor picnic table cloth. Did some reading online. Put them in the washer followed with Downey fabric softener, in the deep rinse. Air dried on the rack and the next day, steam ironed them. Now I'm keeping them.

I wanted some blackout curtains for my living room because I have a projector instead of a TV. I ordered these cause they're mad affordable and they were the only curtains I could find (at the time at least) in a shade of pink that didn't look like it was trying to apologize for being pink. They have some nice linen-looking fabric texture that I really appreciate. They markedly reduce the amount of Northeast winter cold that makes it through my 1960's picture windows (a lot, at baseline). That said, I don't know how anyone decided to call these "blackout," because they are definitely not that. Since the ones I have are very pink, my living room is overpowered with excessively warm light all day, which tires my eyes. But, if that's not a problem for you, these are worth their price. I have a set of sheers hung behind them and their diamond-y pattern shows through the pink panels a little and it's a pretty pleasant effect that makes up a little for their not-that-blackout-iness. ... show more
