Perfect fit and looks great, I don’t know why people would rate it better if the bottom plate was flush with the fins, the stock plate doesn’t do that either, or it would hide Sonys way for horizontal stands. The quality is the same as Sony, and honestly seems like it will last as long, best value for money in my opinion, but you will need to buy dust cover for the fans if you don’t clean your console as much as me. Oh yeah the install was super easy as well. Would definitely buy again if I had another pro.

Color is darker, easy to put on but not quite factory fit feels a little loose it does help in cooling with the open vents for its valve for the money could've been a little cheaper for the overall quality.

After months of my PS5 Pro trying its best "I'm a futuristic air purifier" impression with those stock white plates, I finally helped it embrace its darker side with these black cover plates. Installation was about as straightforward as assembling IKEA furniture after three beers – theoretically simple, but with just enough resistance to make you question your life choices mid-snap. The finished product gave my entertainment center that sleek, coordinated look that says "I'm a serious gamer" rather than "I accidentally bought a mini refrigerator from the year 2050." How My PS5 Pro Finally Stopped Looking Like It Belonged in a Dental Office The cooling vents aren't just for show, either – my console now runs slightly cooler during marathon Elden Ring sessions, though calling them "cooling vents" feels a bit like calling a screen door on a submarine a "water management system." The plastic quality falls somewhere between "acceptably sturdy" and "definitely not what Sony charges triple for," but at this price point, I can live with it. The box they arrived in apparently attended a more prestigious design school than the plates themselves, rocking presentation worthy of much fancier tech, which was a confusing but amusing touch. Still, for the dramatic transformation from bright white eyesore to stealthy gaming machine, these plates deserve a spot in your virtual shopping cart.

These plates was perfect for my PS5 PRO. The black color looks much better than the white in my place. They were simple to install and also fit like the originals. In my opinion great value for your money. Also a super plus advantage I have seen having my PS5 Pro seems to be running much cooler because I have one of those cooling fans the white thing seen on the back of the console in my photos that has an automatic fan and ever since putting these plates on it's no longer running constantly like it was with the OEM plates. So the console is definitely also running cooler which brings me to the cons. And the only con I have found is the fan cutouts do not have a mesh screen dust cover/insert. Fortunately I have a 3D printer and will fabricate some split style plastic rings with some mesh screens and ring magnet strips to cover the inside of the opening to block dust from entering the console through the fans.
