The media could not be loaded. Like other reviews, my tape was too loose. I wrapped the spool in paper, then put some hot glue slats to make it bigger. This helps keep the tape from slipping around. (I added the paper so I didn’t damage the device). And I let the hot glue dry first. It’s not to glue the tape on, it’s to tighten it up. The side tape dispenser didn’t work great, but did work. I wish they had a smaller tape size option for the side dispenser. I think it could have some improvements, but overall is a big help! Happy Crafting! So part of me not liking this product is my fault because I didn't see in the product description that it automatically cuts your tape at 1.5" length increments and there is no way to cut a longer length. So I can't fault the product for functioning in a way that I didn't like because I didn't read the description. With that being said, the little side dispenser blade doesn't work for crap. It literally doesn't cut anything. I bought this to use with my heat transfer tape and I put my 1" wide one on the side and the 2" wide on the main part. The little blade on the side has an on/off thing to retract it if you aren't using it and I thought maybe I just didn't have that engaged to on position good enough. But no, it was fully slid to the right for "on", the blade teeth are so tiny and the blades don't seem to be set forward enough to actually cut anything. If I wanted to use this, I would still have to use scissors to cut the tape. Which would defeat the purpose of using a tape dispenser. If that blade actually worked, I would have just dealt with the other one cutting at 1.5" increments but seeing as the one little blade doesn't actually work AND the other one cuts lengths that I don't prefer, this went right back as a return. ... show more
