At 77 with an auto immune muscle disease I loved my old inexpensive basic rower. Getting on|off became impossible due to seat height and sliding, so I bought this one. I can get on/off more safely but at almost max resistance it comes no way near my old one who I never got off lowest setting. Im hoping to find a way to resolve this. The rail is longer but slide is smoother. Seat is good too. Unpacking probably took longer than assembly due to all the taping which assured safe delivery. Instructions were detailed but I leaned on the diagrams. If I can get the resistance stronger Id give 5 stars. Id love the seat higher too but fingers crossed with work on/off will be easier. Oh ya not loving the humongous feet pedals. Wish these came high enough for wheelchair users, the rower is wonderful for seniors relieves aging pains with minimal side effects ... show more

    • Nice little rower
Very sturdy. This rower will probably last a long time. I wanted it just as a way for me to stay limber and keep going, staying independent as long as I can. Maybe even improve the health of my knees back and hip joints. Worth a try!

I was very pleasantly surprised at the good quality of this machine. The resistance is not at the level of machines I’ve used at gyms, but it’s fine for home use. Phone holder works. Very quiet. The only cons so far are the foot pedal/ strap, the Velcro doesn’t hold well. And you have to reset the screen every time before you get going, even if it’s been 2 days, or it keeps counting from the previous workout. ... show more

    • Sturdy and easy to assemble
This is a sturdy rower with all the features I wanted. It was easy to assemble, even for one person. The tools and parts come shrink wrapped to cardboard backing. I was able to ID everything before starting the assembly process. I did contact ECHANFIT, through Amazon, because I thought I was missing a part. They contacted me the next morning, less then 12 hours later, turns out the bolt was pre attached to another part in the pack. They were very helpful. The rower works well. I can feel the difference between the 16 resistance settings. It connects easily via Bluetooth to ifit and kinomap. So far it's a great product! Fantastic value. The machine is nice and sturdy. Don't purchase the Bluetooth model unless you want THEIR online website. It doesn't link to your music or anything like that.

Got everything assembled and come to find out missing the most important part that LCD display screen only gave it at one star because I suspected everything to be here otherwise I love the machine itself.

    • Love these gloves!
Disclosure - I'm not using these gloves for weight lifting, but the same principles apply As a wheelchair user, I have found that weight lifting gloves to be the right balance between padding, grip, and lifespan. This is my 4th pair in 5 years and this has been my all time favorite. There is enough padding to give me good grip and cushion, but not so much that I lose mobility in my hands. I love that the "grip" part of these are leather and not the silicone bumps - in my experience the bumps just pull off. The wrist wrap gives a decent amount of support, but also prevent any pull from going down a ramp - for those who don't use a chair, our hands on our wheel rims are our "brakes" to control speed going down, so cheap gloves can either "burn through" from the friction, pull backwards so that the grip part isn't in contact with the rim, or just plain not stop you at all. The wrist wrap also controls ergonomics for people like me who have weak wrist muscles. So good quality, good grip, well made, good wrist support, and good padding. 5/5 from me! ... show more
