The telephone number on the manual is a no working number. While my email got a response. The picture that was mentioned in the email was not attached. I am still waiting for it. I reviewed instructions on how to install drawers in YouTube. I got a few tips that help me at the very least get the drawers in. The side drawers work perfectly but the middle drawer are still a bit hard to close. The screws head stay a little bit out and it’s causing the drawer to get stocked. Still not finished with the doors. The wood was damaged a little bit in shipping. In one of the side panels. That was the only damage piece so I will live with it… it’s pretty minor, well if you are a perfectionist it wouldn’t do. At the end… if you are not familiar with carpentry DO NOT BUY unless you get a professional to put it together… otherwise it’s a waste of money, time and energy. I was not able to fit the doors… very disappointed 🥲 ... show more

    • Cost to what you get.
Using this product for most clothes. For the price not worth for what you get in this cabinet. Not that sturdy be a use not squared off or braced all that good to promote sturdiness. Uses lock screws a lot to tighten pieces together and still wobbles. I placed several triangle pieces in the back corners and with shelving to make it more solid. Much better now but not much you can do with particle boards. ... show more

    • Terrible Purchase
This item took a long time to put together. It is made of very cheap and thin material. The doors and drawers are impossible to align to close correctly. I should have returned it before we put it together. We are very unhappy with this purchase but we do not want to take it apart to send it back.

Was purchased thru Hitow . Has been removed from their site. Finished product looks good. But frame rails are not high quality or thick enough. Takes special care not to over tighten screws as they will pull out of frame material. Took this experienced handyman/carpenter over 20 hrs and required a plywood back to stabilize and strengthen the frame. Fastened to wall studs through plywood back with 2” screws, not the included angle brackets. Also attached 1/2” x4” wood bead boards to one end frame rail to further support. Was able to adjust drawers and doors to close with good alignment. Door hinges and drawer glides are good quality. Drawers Too flimsy for other than occasional use by an adult. ... show more

I’m a bit disappointed in this cabinet. I like true layout of it, but one of the big reasons I bought it is because I was having trouble finding a wood that matched the rest of my furniture. The photos of this cabinet make it seem like it’s a medium color wood when in fact it is much darker in person. Definitely feels like false advertising. It’s also quite flimsy, much flimsier than the IKEA wardrobe that have that’s similar and half the price. My husband had to screw it into the wall to stabilize it. If it had been easier to return I would have. It’s still a nice design and has lots of space but definitely overpriced and not well advertised. Had it been $200 or less I’d expect this but not for nearly $500. It did have good instructions, the parts were well organized, and it was only a mild pain to put together. ... show more
