One of our pond aerator pumps quit working, although the motor ran fine. This kit came with all the pieces needed to rebuild the pump, except for a torque wrench, which I had at home. Strange no-oil design, but these pumps run 24/7, 365 days a year.

I only used the piston seal to get my pump back in perfect working order. The piston seal could not cost more than a few bucks. Need to stop charging for the whole kit and start selling the piston seal separately. Will look for just the piston seal nest time before paying a hundred bucks !

The re-build kit is of good quality and the instructions are clear. The only thing is that the kit is priced about $100.00 to high. This is a good example of price gouging because this kit is the only way to re-build your compressor pump. Doc'

Kit was easy to install, pump running like new. Kit is way overpriced for what you get. If I knew this was gonna need to be done every couple years , I may have gone with another option for my pond. Maybe a fountain.
