I purchased this phone for a man in the nursing home. It is easier to use than his Samsung oldies. A bit of a learning curve for a phone claiming simplicity. I wish it were a lot more basic. The price is right and it does the job.

Says it is Mint compatible. As of 1.23 mine was not because it's not LTE, whatever that is. ____ Follow up: It is completely understandable that you would want to defend your product. However, it is unlikely that you are a senior or that this was your first mobile phone. I'm 75. One of the things that attracted me to your product was your use of the word "senior," primarily because I have never owned a mobile phone and needed guidance with start up and use. Your manual is not senior friendly; your phone is not senior friendly. And maybe I just got the only two Mint representatives in existence who said the same thing: namely that the phone was NOT Mint compatible. This was learned in two lengthy conversations; during the second, after the phone was returned to Amazon and I was activating a different vendor's product, this was reconfirmed. Someone needs to look at your manual and revise it. If you seriously are interested in a seniors market. I am smart and generally intuitive, but when it comes to 2023 technologies, I am somewhere in the past. Like I said: this was my first mobile phone. The email address in the manual is defunct. Customers: don't take my word for it. Find out for yourself. Maybe you will have a different experience. But: seniors beware. ... show more

This is so much easier to dial for Dad. The numbers are more separated than other flip phones AND as he dials it announces the number he dials - ‼️ huge difference - he calls his family more often. - the speed dial option is an amazing plus❤️
