Cleans the shower EASY, spray and let it sit for 10 minutes, rub it around with a magic eraser or microfiber cloth and then rinse. Notice I said rub. There is no scrubbing required with this, none. If you have a filthy tub or shower, you can leave it for a few hours or overnight and clean it off the next day. This will remove the wax like substance you get from a mixture of hard water minerals, bar soap, skin/dirt residue...... Don't mix this with other cleaners, EVER. It is satisfying to see how your "looks kinda clean but a bit dull/hazy" shower will look and shine like new with a few gentle swipes as you watch the dirty water dribble down the wall. For the oven, this is the easiest way to clean it. WHY would people turn the oven on for 12+ hours to "self clean" it?? Living in the south, I can assure you that would NEVER happen in my home. It is hot enough with the oven off. Spray a light coating in the oven everywhere and close the door. Next day wipe it off with a microfiber cloth. This works great for oven racks too. If you only need to clean the racks, put them in a bag first. You can just spray it inside the bag (both sides) and close it up for a few hours. Rinse the rack with a hose outside. Or you can just put the racks in the shower and clean everything at the same time if you have a shower hose/wand...... LOVE this stuff, low to no odor.

2/2022 update: I've used this twice on my oven and it's really great. The only place I had a problem was the glass so I brought out the magic sponge cleaner and that got all the rest of the junk off the glass. This stuff is so easy to use. And even better than all the home remedies that I tried, and I tried them all. I really wanted to find something more natural with less chemicals but none of them worked on my oven. I don't use the oven a lot so it doesn't get really gross. The oven is only about 5-6 years old. It's a self-clean oven but I've read so many horrible stories about people using the self-clean mode once then the oven never worked right after that. Most of these stories were after the warranty ran out. Since I don't want to have deal with that problem I won't use that mode on my oven. In fact, when I bought the oven, I tried to find one without the self -cleaning option but it wasn't offered in the ovens that had the other things I wanted. So, if you need to clean your oven, I swear by this brand. If your oven I'd super dirty it may take two times to get all the baked on gunk out. 2019: I finally got around to cleaning my oven. This stuff is so nice because you don't have to remember to warm up the oven before using. When I knew my house cleaner was coming over, I sprayed the oven. After an hour or so my friend wiped it out and the oven was clean. It didn't take a ton of scrubbing. The stuff was easy to wipe out completely. Not like any of the older oven cleaners. It doesn't smell as strong and it's easy on the hands. I've tried just using baking soda and vinegar but this works better and is easier to clean up.

When I moved into my house 4 years ago the oven was a mess left by the previous homeowner. I scrubbed multiple times and it never came up. I even did the self cleaning oven and that didn't work. I tried multiple products and they didn't work. So I came across this product and the before and after photos sold me, so I bought it! Pros - the scent was not over whelming like other products. It was a nice lemon smell and it didn't leave the kitchen. And that is saying a lot especially for someone that is very sensitive to smells. It worked very fast. With in one hour of spraying the product on the oven it wiped right up! I was very impressed. I have been telling everyone and showing before and after photos. lol. Cons - When spraying it comes out uneven and it isn't foam until after you shake it for a good few minutes before beginning. (And yes I did shake it beforehand and still nothing). So after I sprayed it again for longer is when the foam started coming out. So make sure you shake it really, really well in the beginning AND in between). After it has set for however long you choose it is a mess to clean up. I chose paper towels. This isn't really a con because of course it's going to be a mess cleaning up nastiness from your oven but just be aware. I also had to do it twice. Once for two hours letting it set, and the second time overnight my oven was that bad but in the end it worked! I will probably do it one more time to get the hard to get places. Over all I'm so glad I got this cleaner and recommended it!

My oven was soooo gross and I was always just so scared to clean it because I knew how harsh and dangerous some oven cleaners can be... I just didn't know how to tackle it! However I found this product on Amazon and started reading the reviews and how easy and non-toxic it was so I decided to buy it and build up the courage to take on this dreaded household task and in one Saturday night (real exciting Saturday night, I know) I cleaned my oven in just a couple hours! First thing I did was wrap the heating element on the bottom of the oven in aluminum foil so the cleaner did not get on it then I sprayed the product all over the oven with a nice hefty coating and set my timer for 2 hours. The oven was cold (very important) and I just closed the door and walked away. Two hours later I took a damp rag and started wiping all the gross GUNK away. The amount of gross tar-like gunk that came off was really concerning that I was actually cooking in this oven but man was it impressive!!! while the rag was not even remotely salvageable after the process I WAS BLOWN AWAY HOW CLEAN IT BECAME WITH JUST ONE COAT OF PRODUCT! While certain areas may need a second application, the difference was drastic! Once I got the initially gunk off and threw away the gross nasty rag I used another rag and hot water and went over the oven again just to make sure I got all the product off. I felt that this was important to do. Once that was done I left the oven door cracked open overnight to air out and surprisingly NO SMELL! However the next day I did run my oven for about 30min at about 375 degrees just to make sure there was nothing left before I started cooking in it and this part did have a slight smell but nothing that a slightly cracked window couldn't fix. I was glad I did this step too and a couple hours later I cooked dinner in there and didn't smell anything again and the food tasted fine and I'm still alive to tell the tale. highly recommended.

Great product!!! This went way above and beyond my expectations. I used this on my oven and grill. The picture is from the inside lid of the grill. OVEN: I sprayed the inside of my embarrassingly dirty stove (3 years of roasting vegetables, bacon, chicken...) and let it sit overnight. The next morning it all wiped clean with a gentle wipe with a paper towel. I did literally 0 scrubbing. My oven looked just like the day I bought it. I did rinse it as well as I could, several times with just water trying to get all the chemicals off, which I think I did. I left the door open and let it air dry for a few hours. Then I fired the oven up to burn off any chemical smells before actually baking anything. Definitely an important step, sure smelled like chemicals and I was glad I could open a windy. I apologize for no before and after of the oven, because it was amazing. GRILL: my grill was also in terrible shape. Anytime I was using the dang thing the grill pan was a fire all on its own, I was burning everything to a crisp. So, I pulled out the grill pan, all grates and sprayed the entire thing down. Inside, outside, grates, grill pan. And then I left it all for a few hours in the Oklahoma wind. Not the best idea, everything was sticky when I got back. I sprayed it down with the hose and scrubbed with some steel wool. Dang, the grill came clean too! This stuff did not stop at grease and dirt, though. I’m now missing some of the writing on the knobs of the grill. Next time, I’m going to put the grill pan & grates in a plastic trash bag so the can marinate in the cleaning solution like the oven did. I don’t think I will have to do any scrubbing that way.

I don’t normally write reviews, but HOLY MOLY if you’re looking for an oven cleaner, BUY THIS ONE!! I’m fairly sure no one has ever cleaned my oven since the day it was installed in this apartment X years ago, and I’m embarrassed to admit that includes me (7yrs living here). I wiped up spills & such after cooking, but never did a deep clean before because I thought it was going to be a gargantuan task. I sprayed on a layer of Easy Off foam, let it sit overnight, and started wiping it off with a wet sponge the next day. Talk about “easy to remove”— this cut through YEARS of baked-on grease splatter like it was nothing... my sponge was black after the first swipe, but I could actually see clean metal! Many rinses/wipes later, I have an oven that looks almost new, save for a few spots on the door and oven top that need another spray/sit/wipe session to get the last of the baked-on splatter. This saved me SO MUCH work, I can’t believe how much better my oven looks now! I wish I had “Before” and “During” photos to show you how bad my oven was and how easily this cleaner cut through the grime. “Easy Off” definitely lives up to its name. They also advertise “Fume Free” on the can, and I can happily report that’s true as well! This is a fantastic cleaner, well worth the purchase.

I really like Easy Off as it cleans your oven and stove top very well if you follow the directions (takes a while). This is a huge can and it holds a lot, unlike the smaller cans you buy in the grocery store. The down side is that I paid $7 a can for this product 6 months ago, and now you must pay double this amount. Not sure I would buy this again due to the price gouging (fortunately, I purchased 3 cans of it 6 months ago, so I am good for a while); a 100% inflation rate in 6 months is ridiculous. I would rate this 5 stars except for the price. ... PS: Never use your oven's self cleaning feature. It fries your internal components such as the circuit board, seals and such. If you do, you will use it once and then call a repair man. This is why I use Easy Off.

A terrific product and no downside that I discovered. I have a double self-cleaning oven from KitchenAid. I recently used the self-cleaning function of the upper oven and it cost me over $300 to repair since the cleaning function burnt out the heating element in the process. What good is a self cleaning oven if it destroys the heating element making you buy another element? So when my lower oven got dirty, I was going to try everything possible to clean it such that I wouldn’t have to fork over another $300. This product did the trick. You spray it on the portion of the oven that is dirty and it gets clean. The product suggested leaving it on 1 hour and 15 minutes—then wiping clean with warm water. If that doesn’t work completely the manufacturer suggests reapplying the spray and leaving it sit over night! I had to do that and it worked! Wow! Wow! A great product, doesn’t stink and easy to apply and cleanup. I had to use a new straight-edge razor blade to remove certain residue that didn’t come off when using the warm water. I was careful to ensure the oven wasn’t scratched in the process—but it worked—a 100% clean oven. Going forward, I plan to use this product each time my oven gets dirty and leave the self-cleaning function on my ovens for the next buyer of my house to get frustrated with.
