We got this for our 11 year old daughter going in to 6th grade band. This Sax looks beautiful, sounds great, and the soft case is easy for my daughter to carry to class. Yes this saxophone is a great purchase because of it’s sound but there was some minor issues like leaking pads, octave key issues, and a key scratching against something. Although I have some problems with the product it sounds and looks great!!

I ordered this in October for my daughter for Christmas and the return window is closed. When she opened it there was one part that was broken but it is still playable. This isn’t her first time playing so she knows what she is doing. The sax doesn’t hit all the notes and she said it seems like something is stuck in it when she blows but there is nothing there. She really wanted her own saxophone instead of using the one from school but now it’s a waste of money because it doesn’t work the way a real instrument should. I am very disappointed.
