The media could not be loaded. I got two of these so you could go head to head. It actually has a game mode for two people to play at once but it is small, so I’m glad I got two. Worth the extra $$ compared to bullseye ball which only has 3 holes compared to 5 with this one. I do think adding 100 point holes at the top corners would’ve made this perfect but I’m sure children would lose a lot of balls trying to aim for those. ... show more

    • Fun but can be frustrating!
My kids have loved this toy, however it is often frustrating for them when they don't find success. The ball has to bounce just right to get through a hole, otherwise it bounces off the white plastic. Unlike regular skeeball where if you miss you still end up getting 20 points or something, you typically don't get any points when you miss. It comes with 10 metal balls which is nice! But my two-year olds were so enamored by them that they carried them around the house and I'm lucky if I can find 4 at a time which kind of decreases the playing of the game. I'm not sure if I would pay over $20 for this. I seems a bit overpriced to what you get out of it. But it's sturdier than I expected it to be and the different digital games are nice. I would probably just wait for the price to go down a bit. ... show more

    • If you are a skeeball fan, this is a pretty fun shrunken version
I loved skee-ball when I was younger. In fact, I had an uncle who had a skee-ball machine in his house, and it was the coolest thing, as I tried to master the ricochet off the side with just the right spin to land a 50. To be clear, this tabletop version does not at all have that sort of level of fun nor reward skill building. Rather, it's a cute scaled simulation that basically asks you to take metal balls (think Pachinko) and bounce them off a little pad and into the scoreboard holes. There is electronic scoring and sounds, which is a nice accompaniment. Ultimately, this is probably not going to hold interest for a great deal of time, as I think there's just less skill involved. But maybe others will feel otherwise. Regarding assembly, it was pretty straightforward. You do need a screwdriver to get to the battery compartment for the 3 AAA batteries. I'm not sure why they attach it with a screw, but no biggie. The rest just snaps together. You are talking 2 or 3 minutes tops to assemble. I will say it's a little tricky to figure out the scoring modes and how all the electronics work. So that's a bit annoying. But once you get it going, it's amusing for a bit. For a young kid (who isn't at risk of choking on the metal balls!) it might be a lot of fun. For us, we enjoyed the novelty for a bit... and then I suspect it'll end up in a closet... YMMV. ... show more

Fun little Skeeball game. You bounce the ball on a little pad into the various holes to score points. Was a little smaller than expected, but fun anyway.

    • Fun Toy, Albeit a Bit Gimmicky
As a huge skee-ball fan I was pretty excited to get this as a fun desk toy to have on hand. It fits that bill perfectly. Assembly was fairly easy, but took some carefully applied force to get the pieces to fit together without feeling like they would snap. It is much larger than I was expecting, so be sure to not the dimensions listed in the 5th picture. I like that there are three different game modes to break up the monotony of playing the same game every time, but even with that I do think this may be the type of toy that gets used heavily for a short period of time and then shelved for long periods of time. Younger kids will probably lose interest quickly, but anyone with a nostalgic memory of playing skee-ball will definitely find a little joy in this. ... show more
