These are really nice, and the construction and build on these far exceeds their price. All four colors look good, and they're all consistent in build quality, have a nice weight and are packaged with protectors for the threads though not for the tips. There are a couple problems with these sticks though. My biggest issue is that although all of the pieces themselves are straight with no warping, they are all slightly off center when assembled, maybe a quarter inch from end to end. This seems to indicate that the studs are slightly misaligned. This isn't going to be a big deal for the average player, but anyone serious about pool will immediately notice. The second issue I have is that the tips are very hard out of the package. This isn't as much of an issue as they can be scuffed or just replaced, but worth noting. If you don't have a scuffing tool, you can use some rough sandpaper or even the edge of a quarter in a pinch. Overall, this really is a great deal for the quality of the sticks, currently just over $20 per stick. The off center issue can be worked around, but is certainly enough to put off a shot if not accounted for. Considering a high quality stick can easily cost as much as this whole package and usually much more, I wouldn't let that deter a purchase. This would be an especially good kit for someone with a new table, or who wants to pick a favorite and give a few out for gifts.

I got this set for a fraternity brother who has a pool table in the basement. The cues he had were old and probably get 30 cues for $5 at the dime store. An exaggeration of course, but they were not fitting to either their house or to the exceptional pool table in the game room area. When I opened these up for initial inspection I was surprised with the quality. These are not professional level cues but for the home table these are quite nice. They are not only quite nice in construction and feel, but are quite nice to look at sitting in the wall rack. Each of the sections is perfectly straight, no warping noticed. When assembled together there is just a little bit off, but not much for an amateur pool cue. Most people probably won't even notice. They were all consistent, so it likely has something to do with how the barrel thread alignment is placed. It's only like a millimeter or two difference between to and bottom center, but each is exactly the same. Even with this, these are far and a way better than the cues he had, so a win it is. Rack em up and let's get a game on.

To start, I am not a regular pool player nor do I own a table. I played fairly regularly 40 years ago and only occassionally since. I am moving "back home" soon and will be near a long- time friend who does have a pool table and plays regularly. My friend has HIS cue stick and then a mix of older sticks of varying quality and straightness. I ordered these to leave at his home so that I (and others) can have a reasonable quality, straight cue stick to use. The EastPoint Sports Masterton Billiard Cue 4 Pack arrived in great shape, assembled quickly with proper joint alignment, and all were straight. The tips are leather, not felt, and were in good shape. The overall finish is very nice. I liked the weight (heft) of the lower wooden part of the shaft; the upper section is very lightweight. I can not comment on the play of the cue sticks yet as neither my friend nor myself have used them yet but I will try to update this review once we do get the chance. Knowing what little I know, this cue stick set appears to be a great deal ..... and I am looking forward to start playing again and put them to use!

This set contains 4 different colored cues, blue, white, red and green They are all straight and went together perfectly I rolled them all on my table and there wasn't a single wobble in any of them, I really thought there would be bit of wobble in at least one of them, but nope. The finish is beautiful, so smooth and glossy. We are very happy with these cues
