I bought the large tall size. It is about 4 inches longer than the regular inseam. Overall, I think they run true to size. I love all the pockets! All of them are easy to access. The fabric stretches just a little, so it makes the pants more comfortable. The legs are straight, but not too narrow- just wide enough that they look good and don't make me look like a clown. I've washed them in cold water and after drying in the dryer, they only had a few wrinkles. I didn't need to iron them, thankfully! I tried the large regular size- they were not long enough but felt that they ran a wee bit smaller than the tall size does. So, it appears that with the added length of the tall size, they are a wee bit more roomy. I'm happy with them and have bought 3 different colors. Color choice for the tall size is limited, unfortunately.

These are my fav scrub pants. I’ve bought two pairs. I’m a small petite. I wish they had more colors options for petite sizes. I would buy a few more pairs if I could get more color options! Super cute and comfortable.

Not true to size. fabric looks like very shiney silky pajama pants. when I requested a return was told I had to print a label and send it back to the uniform store Instead of Amazon. I don't have a printer to print a label?? Apparently you can ship it back to the uniform store free if you have a printer
