  • So far, So great!
Style: 22-Inch, 40-Volt Cordless
I've owned this little powerhouse for only about 2 weeks and 2 snowstorms so far, and we've used it exactly 2x. I'm writing this on Feb 23 2021, and I live in NE Pennsylvania. This little snow blower has proven to be a marvelous machine so far, and has worked well on our long gravel driveway. If it holds up, I'll be thrilled. If it doesn't, Ill try to update this review. A few parts needed to be put together on arrival, no tools needed, pretty straightforward. The only difficulty I had was a small bracket on the center of the handle to hold the hand crank was put on backwards by the manufacturer, and had to be removed and reversed for the crank to fit. I charged the battery fully before use. Once charged, the snow blower powered on and worked for 30 min straight in a 4-5" accumulation of light powder, almost exactly the time needed to clear my driveway. It even did a noble job of clearing some older heavier accumulation, but I had to be careful to keep it tilted to keep the auger off the ice below it. It doesn't clear snow down to the ground, but leaves about 1/4" layer behind. This is perfect for us, since it helps avoid the problems I have heard about when using a snow thrower on a gravel driveway. the layer below is easily ignored or quickly cleared with a shovel. It's lightweight (maybe 20 lbs?) and easy to maneuver. In areas of looser gravel, I tilt the blower back on it's wheels a bit to leave a deeper snow layer, works fine. Battery charge time is supposed to be 2.5 hrs, though I haven't watched it to confirm. That's actually perfect for going back out in a continuing storm. I wouldn't recommend it for more than 4-6" at a time by going out multiple times in a storm, but it can do quite a lot, and so far I love it! ... show more

  • For an electric snow thrower it’s great!
Style: 12-Inch, 10-Amp Corded
I gave this 5 stars because I knew what I was purchasing, an electric, corded snow thrower. Having said that you must not expect it to work like a gasoline snow blower,( which I’ve also owned in the past). I purchased this for our vacation home, which we are hardly ever in during the winter months. This is a great option because I do not have to worry about it not starting after years of storage, like a gasoline version. It handled 5-6” of very light powered snow with no issues, however, as I got closer to the end of my driveway, near the street, the compacted snow pushed in by the snow plows was to much for this to Handel. But my son was able to knock it down for me into 2-3” and I was able to remove the rest of the snow. 5 Important things to point out; 1.It’s very easy to assemble, no tools necessary, just a few screw knobs to prop up the handles, (like a lawn mower) 2.it’s light enough to carry up on a deck to clear snow. 3. It’s amperage is just under 15amps so any outlet around the house should be able to handle it without tripping a circuit breaker. 4.It has a 22” wide intake, which is a good size to clear a single path. 5. As for the price, it’s a good value for what it is. ... show more

  • Decent for the price.
Style: 12-Inch, 10-Amp Corded
Powerful but it takes some practice to understand how best to use it.

  • Belt came off after 3rd use
Style: 12-Inch, 10-Amp Corded
Nice and light weight. Moved some heavy snow but didn't move as much as I thought it would. The discharge chute doesn't stay where you put it. After the third use, the auger belt came off. In the owners manual it shows there are a couple parts holding the belt, but in mine it doesn't have that. And I can't even get the belt back on. of course you can only contact support m-f 8-5 and I'm 4 hours behind. I guess I should expect a cheap product for only $219. The black and white image is from the owners manual. The color photo is what I have. ... show more

  • Not durable, only for light snows and small areas
Style: 12-Inch, 10-Amp Corded
Used it on 3 to 4 inches of snow for its first use out of box. Had to push it back and forth as it would bog down, after 3.5 passes on my drive it stopped working. When run for few seconds then stop. Tried troubleshooting to no avail. They offered a warranty return but not free shipping so returned it to seller. It was not hard to put together and was light compared to gas. My mistake was thinking that plugged in would make up for negative comments on battery life. Nope it's a dog even plugged in. ... show more

  • If you are a senior - Mostly a YES
Style: 22-Inch, 40-Volt Cordless
Love it. I'm 70 and live in Michigan. This machine has a LOT going for it. Light enough to move around easily. Power to throw the snow...surprisingly good. Clears my walks and driveway well. And no shoveling! Why didn't I get this sooner and save some heavy winter work! It is not a heavy duty machine to easily clear heavy amounts of snow. But it will do it if you finesse it a bit. Battery charges fast. Seems well built but...one problem. The handle that turns the snow shoot was balky, then finally simply broke. That handle is flimsy, handle it with care. I can still rotate the snow shoot manually, so no big deal. Just not enough to take a star off this baby. Highly recommended, If you're a senior don't hesitate. ... show more

  • Update 12/20/21. Don’t waste your money
Style: 22-Inch, 40-Volt Cordless
Update 12/10/21: don’t waste your money on this product. Had 3 inches of heavy wet snow and this could not handle it it’s great it’s off the first answer so barely as very hard to push it. I imagine it works great with light fluffy snow. I live in Oregon. Spent way too much for what I got out of it, because I had to snow shovel the rest of the snow off. Really really really disappointed. I haven’t used it yet because I bought it in the summer in preparation for the winter. What I like as I can keep it on my side porch and very easily pick it up and drop it onto the snow on the sidewalk right outside the door and then go from there. Nice and light weight. I love the lawnmower so I’m assuming the snowblower is going to be just as good quality. I’m finding it a pain in the ass to register these with green works ... show more

  • 69 Yrs Young grandma and I can use it!
Style: 12-Inch, 10-Amp Corded
I bought this snow blower this year as the snow was too much for me to even get to my car. I used a snow shovel (that I also had to buy at the same time) to clear the immediate area in front of my door, so that I could get the machine in an area to start clearing. It is an electric machine because I can never start a PULL START machine. I was able to assemble the machine without difficulty and only took less than an hour. Mind you I am a female and age 69. I highly recommend this machine. I only needed to use it three times this year but I was EXTREMELY HAPPY with the ability to be able to use it and clear my walkway and driveway. ... show more
