I bought two of these, the first was amazon renewed, but sold by a 3rd party seller. condition was much worse than amazon renewed condition guidelines, and judging by the seller's sub 80% rating, I'm not the first person to have this problem. packaging wasn't great either, ipad was loose in a somewhat oversized box with only a bubble envelope for protection, with a 3rd party charger and cable. Battery was fully discharged as well, to the extent that the included charger could not power up the device. The second ipad i bought, i made sure to get one that was sold by amazon, and the experience was night and day. device was marked as excellent, and basically looks almost brand new. packaging was much more secure, charger and cable appear to be first party, and device powered up with a standard battery charge for shipping, not full but not empty. battery checks above 80%. I would not purchase from a 3rd party reseller for an amazon renewed product again. ... show more

Love love this iPad would definitely recommend purchasing and would buy again if ever needed .ive had this iPad for about two weeks now and have no complains it is very lightweight and set up really easily runs as if it was brand new no lagging etc have taken it outside and has had no problems connecting to any network I’ve connected it to .i got the WiFi option with no cellular and can still receive text and calls games run great apps run amazing no scratches scuffs etc battery life last me a long time I have gotten about a day and a half from it (I am not on it all day though ) I did read reviews prior to purchasing and I’m glad I did reviews are correct when it comes to charger comes with a very cheap and flimsy charger so definitely would recommend purchasing a separate charger .does NOT come charged you do have to charge it upon arrival has been tested texting FaceTiming gaming traveling etc and has held up great. Overall for the price the way it runs the condition the ease of use it’s definitely worth the price and I would recommend and I am very picky when it comes to devices and reviews lol .also for the girlies such pretty colors I got purple and am obsessed ... show more

Received it a day earlier and came in great packaging. Not a single scratch or crack. Came in perfect with a charger and works wonders. Only downside is that it dies a bit quickly, other than that, works perfect!

I was a bit nervous, considering it’s refurbished however I was pleasantly surprised on the condition, it’s almost perfect, the only exception being a few minor scratches on the screen which is almost unnoticeable. Also I added a screen protector so I can’t even see them if I tried. I have a Mac book pro from 2022 and have used it probably a hand full of times, using computers(unless gaming) have never been my thing but a tablet i can utilize outside of school is perfect for me.I do plan on buying a keyboard and making this my new laptop so I can be productive on the go. Yes, it is *technically* in excellent condition from what I've gathered after about a week of use. When I opened the amazon box, inside it sat a smaller, unsealed and unsecured box containing the iPad. The device itself was protected only by an extremely thin film of bubble wrap, and was free to be thrown about inside both boxes. This is some of the most lazy and negligent packaging I've seen in a long time. Also, the chassis looks like it was engraved by a previous owner and it has been patched over with a white film. I have a case over it so it's not a big deal but that's kind of lame. The screen is mint and the battery seems to be holding up so far. You never know what you're going to get with refurbished device sellers and you also never know what parts of the device they've swapped for ones of horrendous quality. This unit seems to be alright so far and hasn't been eviscerated by an underpaid employee in a dungeon from what I can tell. ... show more
