Best ear cleaning tool I've used. I suffer from impacted ear wax. I constantly have to clean and manage it. Qtips clean the very insides well but pushes wax further and further down. Peroxide works to break up the wax and spraying hot water into the canal is how I've done it myself. This tool works great. Camera is detailed and it's amazing what you can see inside your ear. It is somewhat difficult to to get your perception of what side you're cleaning just right but you get used to it and I'm sure if you have a willing participant, you can very easily clean your ears. I managed to get a few pea sized pieces of wax out immediately 1st day within minutes. App is easy to use and set up. I hope this tool lasts a long time.

I was always told never to stick anything bigger than my elbow in my ear but i was desperate. I needed a fix or i was going to have to pay out of pocket for an ENT treatment. It was scary at first, especially when i saw what i was up against but i took my time, was careful and it worked great. In fifteen minutes a big nasty snotball came out in two chunks and for the first time in my life i saw my eardrum. Be careful, watch some ear wax removal videos and maybe you can feel as good as i do tonight. Awesome product, easy to set up, inexpensive and ridiculously effective. I was almost deaf in one ear and now i hear better from my ex-clogged up ear than the other, which was clear as a bell wax wise btw. Dollar value on this is out of the park, I wont do casual cleaning with this and might not use it again but it bailed me out for sure. Great product, great value.

Honestly wasn’t sure what to expect with this, but it’s actually pretty handy. The camera quality is better than I thought it’d be, and the app was easy to install. I was able to get a clear view inside my ear on the first try — a little weird at first, but also kind of fascinating. The tool itself feels well-built, lightweight, and not uncomfortable to use. It comes with a few different tips, which is nice, and the built-in light really helps with visibility. I was able to remove a small piece of wax that had been bothering me, and it was way easier than trying to use cotton swabs blindly. One thing I’ll say: make sure to clean it well between uses and take your time. It’s not something you want to rush. Also, the connection can get a little glitchy if your phone’s Wi-Fi is spotty, but it usually reconnects quickly. What I liked: Clear image and good lighting Easy to use once you get the hang of it Feels safe and not too invasive Reusable tips and decent case included Heads up: App connection can lag once in a while Definitely not a “quick fix” tool — takes a little patience Probably not for deep wax or medical issues If you’re curious or just want a better way to check things out in your ear (or even nose or your kid’s ear), this is a surprisingly helpful little gadget. Not perfect, but better than I expected for the price.

Bought this device in July 2025. It’s now March 1, 2026. Device worked fine until today. Now it will not connect to Bluetooth, rendering the device unusable. It may be coincidence, but when I tried to connect it this morning, the app is suddenly pushing a “VIP” plan. Does that mean I have to enroll in their plan in order to continue using this little device? Uh, no. Not going to give away more of my data for nothing. Now this little thing is trash. I would not recommend this device. And, you must download their app in order to to use it, which I also do not recommend. What a waste of money. 🙄

I perforated my eardrum within 2 minutes of using this tool!! Since this was my first time using it, I was trying to be extremely careful, moving it around very slowly. I was viewing the image of my left ear canal on my phone, while maneuvering the otoscope with my right (dominant) hand. All of a sudden, I felt a sharp pain and immediately lost hearing in that ear. It happened so fast. I'm still not sure exactly how it happened, but my best guess is that I meant to pull the tool out further, but accidentally pushed it in further. I immediately went to Urgent Care, and was told I had perforated my eardrum. There was nothing they could do. I was instructed to not get it wet and to see an ENT specialist asap. I was told it should heal on it's own within 4 weeks, otherwise an ENT will need to apply a patch to my eardrum. Worst case scenario, I'll need tympanoplasty surgery. My advice - practice using this tool (on anything but your ears) until you feel confident you can maneuver it with accuracy while viewing the image on your screen. This otoscope tool is quick and easy to set up. The picture quality is great, but the camera light isn't very powerful. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because of how dangerous it can be. I'm hoping my hearing will eventually return to normal and that I won't suffer any permanent hearing loss.

I love this thing. They used to have this same one but under a different name back in 2020 which I purchased, but I lost it. Had to search my history and did my search to get this. You can legit see everything in your ear and help you get everything out. Truly amazing! Thank you

Love this one with the screw on tips wished they made more metal tips, I’m rough on things, I guess I have an ear dermatologist type condition.. I have excess skin that peels off and itchy and drives me crazy I can wash my ears a thousand times and it looks bad the next day.. I have never liked my ears like romantic times and after seeing inside, oh hell no, don’t touch my ears, untill I think they are clean.. it’s like I have to clean them before I go to bed each night.. not good I know.. it’s a clear light untill it gets dirty, the only way I know to clean off the light is q tip and alcohol
