I bought these think I would be getting the pearl with clear adhesive, instead I received them and looks like a bunch of bandaides on my ear! Not impressed at all. If I wanted bandaides on my ear I would have put them on my ears!

I have always wanted to try acupuncture and these have given me the ability to test the system without needles. I like that they are easy to use and seem to work well for relief and pain management. I am able to place them on my ears and they stick very well and I watched some videos on the best placement and it seems to do the job. You get a lot in this kit so you are able to have multiple sessions or else use them on multiple people. I will keep using these because I like them.

I’ve never tried acupuncture therapy or anything of the sort so I was interested in these stickers. The appearance itself doesn’t bother me I don’t care that it looks like a mini bandage on my ears plus I have small ears so I have less space to apply these. My gripe is that I never felt anything substantial from using these maybe I should have used them for longer than a week? I’m not sure but the amount you receive is a good price.

This is the third ear seed set I have tried. I like that this one includes as easy to follow chart for certain ailments. The ailments that it shows where to place ear seeds are: depression quit smoking/alcohol, PMS, chronic, hair loss, headaches, cold, rhinitis, cough, bronchial asthma, stiff neck, cervical spondylosis, frozen shoulder, chronic gastritis, lumbar muscle strain sciatica, lose weight, insomnia and anxiety. However, I did notice that it did not include many areas that I have on another booklet from another company. So the chart is more for beginners or just starting? Also, it would be nice it there was a probe to help you find the correct spot. Still, this is a good way to see if using ear seeds works for you at a decent price. I have found it helps me for lower strain. I am also seeing if it will help with allergies.

Apparently I’m allergic to the adhesive so there’s that. I will say these are super easy to use, wear well, and stay on for a few days as advertised. Just careful with shampoo and things because that might affect the adhesion. The chart is easy to follow to find the right spots. Depending on your needs, I feel like these might help. Worth a shot of your interested in this sort of thing!

This kit has awesome diagrams of the ear to show exactly where to place the seeds for relief of many different ailments. The seeds themselves are tiny, and fairly easy to apply. They stick fairly well and are pretty easy to remove once done. Most of the instructions are in English but there's a diagram of the ear that's in a different language but it's highly labelled.
