The first night I had the size medium on and they did come out. Night two I put the small buds on and they stayed put. These ear plugs are comfortable and great for sleeping. They are lightweight and lay flat in the ear. The ear plugs do not eliminate all noise types 100% completely, but they do a good job at reducing a lot of noise for me. The adjustable cushion earpieces fit comfortably, once you find your size and fit. They feel comfortable and soft to the ear. The ear cushions come in four sizes with the medium size being on the earpieces already. Extra replacement cushions are included and there's a nice case for them as well. These earplugs plugs come with two replacement tips, size extra small, small, medium, and large. The handy, sleek case fits smoothly in my pocket or on my keychain. The tips wipe off easily and have been durable so far with a week’s use. Be sure to follow the enclosed pictured instructions on how to place in ears correctly. Try out the different tips to determine your appropriate size. You want a snug fit for best use.
