Set is just ok. Wouldn’t use it for kids above 5. Balls tend to dent easily from normal batting and bat gets bent easily as it’s a two piece bat.

The item arrived with its package crushed to a point that even the box seal is broken, but amazon box outside is perfectly fine. It was bought for as a bday gift, luckily to my own child and not a gift to others otherwise the broken package will be a big problem. The item itself is fine and works great for its purpose. Only issue i have is it tips over very easily which makes the pop up mechanism hard to work well. My kid spent more time adjusting and fiddling with the base part to try to get the ball to come out than actual hitting it with a bat. It’s a nice idea though if the base can hold better and not to tip around so easily and balls wont stuck at the base that often. Nevertheless, my 6 yr old kid still loves the idea of having it and he still keeps on trying to get it to work. I am still trying to see how i can do something maybe help him make it easier to have the ball pop out without so much unnecessary adjustments at every single time he tries to swing.

Bought this as a gift for a close friends kiddo as I am mom to a daughter so I wasn’t sure what to get a little boy. Well it was for Christmas, lo and behold they open them with us! First off I’m awkward when people open gifts from me but not this time! Little dude LOVES it! Okay so the piece itself is great! Very sturdy on its own but it also comes with stakes for the ground. Then it comes with 2 different types of balls, a Velcro and “regular”. Both about softball size to help boost the little kids ego and to help teach the schematics of the whole get up. On top of that it also can either candle the ball or you push down on it and it’ll shoot it right up a good bit. Kind of like a graduation from small kid to big kid in terms of skill. We played With it for quite a while and had a blast! Highly recommend!
