I have purchased greenhouses similar rot this in the past, and I can tell you they cannot hold a candle to this one. This one is much heavier than what I’ve had in the past, and it is unbelievably easy to set up. I only have a couple of very minor issues with it. A couple of the little plastic washers were already cracked when I got it,, but I can fix that if I need to. There are zip-up doors on both ends, which I love, but only one end has the straps to hold it in the rolled-up position; however, there are straps for the window on the other end that just happen to be in the perfect location to be able to attach to the frame. I really am very happy with this greenhouse. Oh, and customer service is superb. I had a delivery issue with UPS, no fault of Eagle Peak, and was able to get another shipped right away. ... show more

You're getting exactly what you pay for. Junk. The concept is great. But the parts were not manufactured correctly. This made is 6 days before everything bent and busted leaving my roof collapsed. It's cheap metal. Plastic bits. Please I'm a seasoned grower and gave a business. Do not skimp on your greenhouse. Don't take the cheap route. It will ruin all of your plants costing you hundred of thousands of dollars. ... show more

    • Be prepared to replace the cover
Easy to put up /assemble. Another pair of hands recommended. As you unravel the whole thing, the center mechanism that you have to push up is very heavy. remember that you will have to crouch low go to the center and push up. The four posts on the corners seem ok, I would've liked it to be heftier though. The stakes that came with the product are ok, you really have to put it properly on the ground with right angle. With sandbags on all four corners strapped to the posts, the structure itself has so far been able to withstand 25 mph winds. Now on to the cover which actually isn't bad with mesh/webbing/threading embedded in it. There seems to be some reinforcement on contact points with the steel structure but not sure if it'll last long. The ropes to secure it to the ground are thin but so far has worked for us. I would've liked to see strong grommets instead of fabric loops to secure the cover and a lot more than the few available. Sandbags at the bottom didn't work to weigh it down in gale force winds. Resulting in tears especially the trimming with the loop at the bottom- once that tore off that's it- can't secure it to the ground anymore. Emailed the customer service and they sent a new cover which is great. But the tear happened a month or so after I bought the product. I think improving the cover would make a huge difference. But for now, we have very heavy cinder blocks tied to ratchet straps that go over the whole greenhouse in x pattern to secure it. So far it has worked to keep it down on gale force winds. ... show more

The greenhouse is amazingly easy to set up. Instructions are easy to follow and we had it set up in about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, it only lasted about 2 weeks. I came home to find my greenhouse had collapsed and discovered that a section of the inside metal frame had broken (see pictures). I’m pretty bummed because I hoped to protect all of my plants from the upcoming winter. This is actually my second one. I bought this very same greenhouse about 3 years ago and it held up fairly well before wearing out. I felt that 3 years at this price point was very reasonable and decided to buy another one based on that experience. Not sure if something has changed with the manufacturing but I’m really disappointed. Obviously it’s not an expensive greenhouse, but frame failure after just a couple of weeks isn’t acceptable. ... show more

Very durable. Relatively easy to set up. I recommend two people. I added additional straps to the frame on the sides anchored into the ground seems to work really well.

I put this up in the Spring of ‘22, by the Summer of ‘23 the clear material between the mesh totally deteriorated away on the top of the greenhouse. It was in a shaded area with little direct sun. No leaves were allowed to build up. To be fair, the frame is brilliantly engineered. It was easy to set up in minutes. I am 6’4” and could have done it alone, but I think it made a big difference having a second hand helping. When you push it up in the middle, someone needs to help pull the sides of the frame outward. Customer support was responsive. It does have a 1 year warranty from the purchase date, so keep an eye on it for any issues before 12 months. I waited too long to report my issue. The replacement cover is $139 on the manufacturer’s web site. Since the sides held up better, I only needed a new top. I purchased a 12’x8’ tarp out of similar material and tied it to the existing setup. Available on Amazon for $26. ... show more

    • This greenhouse is perfect!
We live in the Deep South so it doesn’t get below freezing very often, but after I spent months of quarantine growing plants, I suddenly realized in 2021 that they wouldn’t all fit in the house anymore if we had a hard freeze. We bought the 12 x 8 greenhouse and set it up on our screened porch. I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up and take down—our niece and her two kids had it out of the box and set up in 10 minutes—and how sturdy the materials are. The door zippers are strong and very easy to use. The windows roll up to let air in and are secured with sturdy loop clasps; when closed they secure with Velcro. When it was time to take it down, that was just as easy as the set up. I can’t speak to how it would have done outside in wind, but it was perfect for our protected porch area. Unfortunately, I am unable to do much gardening anymore and had to give most of my plants away, but my husband has decided to try growing orchids so he’s looking at a smaller one for this year. He will buy another one from Eagle Peak. I highly recommend this greenhouse. ... show more
