It is a well-made bag. Works as advertised. I just wish it was a little larger (other carry-ons are 1.5x the size of this one). You can pack enough for 5 days of summer clothes, but only for 3-4 days of winter.

We have both a 90L and a 60L. Love them both! Right amount of pockets, allows for separation between items without making the bag too heavy.

Not the comfiest thing when loaded up but it can carry a ton. And still fit in the overhead. Lots of great handles and seems super durable. I really like the separated dirty clothes pocket for boots.

Pictures don't really show that its not like a ballistic nylon texture on the body but more a tough vinyl cloth impregnated laminate like a very heavy duty tent might be. It feels like its awesome for harsh conditions just not obvious from the pictures if you are expecting a cloth canvas exterior feel. Zippers seem robust and straps are well thought and strong with solid attachment and hardware.

only used a few times so far, but appears to be a quality, durable bag. i like that it has large side pockets on both ends, as well as a partition which can be hooked to a loop to divide the main compartment in two, or easily taken down if you want a larger contiguous space - for a bag this size, it's nice to have that option, rather than have everything just mixing together and getting jostled around when traveling, and the side pockets hold a good amount, to help keep things organized. the backpack type straps are an added bonus and a nice feature to have. the heavy weight of the material is a slight downside for me; it appears that it will be extremely durable, but maybe moreso than i need, and a lighter material would make the bag a little easier to carry when full. Also a little pricey, although i know eagle creek makes nice products, and this bag does appear to be very high quality, so i guess you get what you pay for.

This was the PERFECT bag for a recent 10 day vac. Two important factors: 1) Because we were traveling by small planes, weight limit was 25lbs. The bag is very lightweight, under 2 lbs! (my usual roller bag is about 8). 2) Visiting rainforests during rainy season (go figure, not my idea) and the bag needed to be waterproof. AND, it totally crushed the waterproof part. Torrential rains & sitting on a tarmac! No problem. Another favorable feature about the bag is the use of the packing space. The main section of the bag can be divided. There are two ample side zipped pockets. You can carry it or use it as a backpack. The backpack feature was great in busy airports. I love this bag! Was surprised by how much i could fit in it and how nicely everything stayed organized. Can't wait for my next adventure

Size Matters But So Does Weight! More and more airlines are starting to weight your carry-on. So, it doesn’t just have to be the correct size it has to be 15 Pounds or Under! This pack is 42 liter and only weighs 1.76 Pounds that is 1.5 pounds less then my Osprey Porter! Oh, and some convertible packs weigh as much as 4.5 Pounds! Held Everything I Needed For My 4-Week Trip To Indonesia.

Got this bag for a trip to Ireland where we'd be staying in a different hotel each night and sharing a small car with 3 others. Lots of packing, unpacking, carrying in and out of small inns, and stuffing into the trunk of a small car. Zipper quality is great. Compression straps in just the right places. Top and bottom pockets ample to hold 2 pairs of shoes each. Filled main compartment with packing cubes. Total loaded bag weight was 35 lbs, and felt very dense. Zip-away shoulder straps useful for stowing as checked airline baggage, then used the shoulder straps as primary carry mode in and about the small towns. Kudos to the designer...
