I have seen many review videos on u tube so, I wanted to try this foundation. What I love about this product : I ordered on of the neutral light colors. The color is neutral ( meaning not warm : orange tone ) So, many drug store foundation immediately turn orange on me. The coverage is nice and you can add more for extra coverage without a tacky feeling ! It has a slight luminosity. My skin looks healthy with a nice glow . But, not too much. Your skin is moisturized,as well. The moisturizer is 1% Hydrating Hibiscus Complex.I set the foundation with a loose powder . I will be trying the elf powders soon. The slim bottle travels well & adds extra space in your cosmetics bag. I used a #e.l.f. primer I will be reviewing! I highly recommend this foundation. It's a great value at $7.99. First of all, I am 66, so I am not looking for any kind of "luminous" finish. This foundation does have a dewy finish or slight glow which brightens my face, making skin look less dull. The foundation goes on very smoothly, nice and creamy. Most importantly, while most foundations do nothing for firmness or lines, this foundation applied over my Misha BB cream looked really good and full, and did not settle in lines. I have difficulty finding the right shade for a medium cool tone, but really like the choices since many foundations do NOT offer an option for medium cool. I am using Elf products more and more as they are amazingly effective at such a reasonable price.

When I say this satin foundation went on like butter. Honey!!! I literally put four drops on my face and it spread clear across my face. The color match is impeccable. Do not sleep on this Elf foundation. It is the truth. This picture is no filter just amazing lighting in my bedroom. I’m impressed. I got it in two shades. I used the darker for my face and the lighter for my under eyes. Flawless. I’m hooked.

This was a reasonably priced new product to try. Since I use so many elf products , I thought I would try this. Wasn’t sure if I was getting a matte or a Dewey foundation and it’s really not either. I used elf primer underneath and the foundation did go on pretty well although I did have to build it to get a decent amount of coverage. I did all the things that I do with my other foundations and set it with the same powder. Within two hours, my face felt very greasy, and I already could see separation on the spot of my face that I usually want covered. It happened a couple of times. Don’t know if I am using this product wrong, but I will go back to my elfCamo or other foundations. Maybe I will mix this with some others to get a better result. The color was true to my facial color

OK! So I was in a rush and needed a foundation that would do good coverage but not be heavy, thick, or greasy and I stumbled upon this product. I am a HUGE advocate for Fenty anything and I knew my skin tone based on their range and was so happy to see that this product had a similarity variety of ranges. When I out it on my skin and blended it out, it was perfect. Medium coverage, very light and it reminded me very much of Fenty's Skin Tint. I love this product, I will be buying more in the future! I've had this since June and I'm not even halfway done with it!

After seeing an ad for this foundation I ordered it in Light Neutral. The color match is very good. I used a few dots of the makeup on my face and buffed it in with a brush. It looked good, so I went on with my day. Later in the evening I caught my reflection in a mirror and was very impressed with how my makeup looked. It had been a hot day and I had been outside. The foundation looked great. Smooth and satin finished. No noticeable running or separating. I’ll definitely keep wearing this. Very good at a more than reasonable price.

I had seen a couple instagram reviews on this and had to try it out. I choose Tan Neutral 42 and it was a PERFECT match for my summer complexion. I normally wear Cadiz in Nars RL Foundation as well as the Light reflecting foundation. After wearing this elf foundation id say this is a great alternative for both dry and oily skin. It does go on thicker than im used to but once my makeup is done I couldn’t believe how beautiful and natural it photographs 😍 It is light weight and buildable coverage almost as a bbcream consistency and leaves a satin glowy (not slick) finish and for the price I couldn’t be happier. Im a FL resident and this is one to stock up on.
