This is the best no budge eyeliner I’ve ever used. I can put it on in the morning and go all day without any smudges or “leakage” 😆 on or around my eyes. It goes on smooth and the color is rich. It’s a twist up eyeliner so no need for a sharpener. I use the coffee color and it’s a great rich brown color. I have blue eyes so that just seems to work best for me. I’ve purchased this eyeliner six times on Amazon. I will continue to use it as long as I can. I will say that when I started using it the cost was $5 and now it is $6 but I will say it is still worth the price. This product is everything it said it was. Bold color with a retractable eyeliner, so there's no messing about trying to sharpen pencils or having your eyeliner break off in between uses -- or waiting for liquid liner to dry. This eyeliner is very black, and once you apply it, it does not smudge easily. You have to really rub to get it all off. If i had to choose one thing in which people might be disappointed, I would say that it is difficult to get fine lines with this product. So if you're looking for a dramatic effect, this eyeliner is perfect. Still, you can use a brush with it to get thin lines. It's a very nice product for the price and is easy to use. It was a good eyeliner that went on easily and stayed put well, but after the third use it broke off at the base and the whole eyeliner fell down the sink when I opened the cap. I was so annoyed, I threw away the container. Now I can't even get a refund or replacement.

I have been using this brand for a while now and it has worked very well on my water line. Personally I felt it was easy to use because instead of having to sharpen it like a pencil eyeliner, all you have to do is twist it and the applicator comes out.
