Pro: I like the brown color, softness and it glides well with the sharp point along the eye line on both upper and lower lashes. I was careful to let it set for 30 seconds so it wouldn't smudge, and it lasted all day for me. I didn't remove it with anything, just washed my face with tepid water and in the morning nothing was on my silk pillowcase so that was fine with me. I can't comment on how waterproof it is, but it has great smudge resistance once set. Con: I've only used it once, so I have no idea how long it will last yet. It doesn't have a built-in sharpener and crayon is quite thin so I'm not giving it 5 stars until I've had it long enough. If Amazon allows an update, I'll do a followup review.

I literally just put this in the cart to get to the same day shipping minimum for something urgently needed, but I am glad I picked it. I wore this for the first time to an amusement park, so I can say it is rollercoaster proof. A lot of times, I end up with this extra arc of black where eyeliner meets the deeper part of my eyelid, and this was no exception. At this point, I think it is unavoidable. For five bucks, I don't expect much. I would say it was a thinner and fainter streak than some $12 eyeliner I have used, which absolutely counts for something, but it did transfer a bit despite giving every effort for it to be totally dry/done before relaxing. Otherwise, it held up really well, stayed put. Easy to apply, I actually usually prefer liquid liner but this was a lot easier/forgiving.

I do like this product, it does work and it cruelty-free which are important to people. However, the product does not look have the same effect like the photos. It does smudge, does not create sharp thin lines, and does need multiple applications if you want the color to be bold. The product works for beginners who are just starting to experiment with makeup, it is not expected to have makeup artist standards.

I use this stuff religiously. It’s smudges so perfectly, but it totally stays in other ways. I use it to fill in when I stamp my eyebrows on with the mad love stuff. I use this to fill in Anything that didn’t quite cover and this stays all day it never smudges ever even though it does smudge beautifully when you’re trying to smudge it once it set it doesn’t move and it is the perfect color brown for eyebrows if you’re a brunette.
