No issues with purchasing or shipping through Amazon. This is definitely a win and a repurchase for me. If you're interested in my thoughts on this product and how it compares to e.l.f.'s Kohl Eyeliner in the shade Berry Necessary, keep reading. I struggle with eyeliner running and smearing, and since kohl liners are typically designed to smudge, that doesn't exactly work in my favor. I also have slightly oily eyelids due to my skin type. This isn't a flaw specific to e.l.f.'s kohl liners...I have the same issue with many pencil liners, even ones marketed as waterproof. To my surprise, this eyeliner barely smears on me at all. That wasn't even the main selling point, as I'd more or less accepted that most pencil liners would always smudge on me unless they were liquid. What initially caught my attention was the shade Ruby. I also tested the waterproof claim by swatching both Berry Necessary and Ruby on my hand and washing them with regular soap. After about 15 seconds of light rubbing, Berry Necessary was almost completely gone, while Ruby looked practically untouched. I experienced the same results on my eyelids. Several hours after applying Ruby and working an entire shift, it still looked nearly identical to when I first put it on. Better than the panda eyes I typically end up with. What's especially impressive is that it removes easily with micellar water while still standing up to my eyelid oils and a bit of humidity. I love the color of Berry Necessary, but I find that it fades within a few hours. Over time, the pencil also seems to harden, making it more difficult to apply around the eye area. I wanted something with a very similar shade but better longevity, and Ruby delivered exactly that. I was initially worried that Ruby would lean too red and lack the darker dimension that makes a burgundy eyeliner so flattering, but it's exactly what I hoped it would be. Berry Necessary is slightly more purple, while Ruby is slightly more red. However, Ruby is not so red that it looks like a true red eyeliner rather than a burgundy one. I'd estimate it's only about 5% redder than Berry Necessary. For now, I'll use the remainder of my Berry Necessary pencil as a lip liner. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase and glad I decided to take a chance on it! I added some photos of the liner on my eyes and the liners in regular + flash lighting. ... show more

Already on my restock list!
Color: Coffee Size: 0.01 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Finding an eyeliner that delivers on all fronts can be a challenge, but this one completely exceeded my expectations. The formula glides on effortlessly smooth without any tugging or dragging, making application quick and hassle-free. Once it's on, it stays put—no smudging or fading throughout the day. The brown shade is beautiful, rich, and versatile—perfect for everyday wear when you want defined eyes without the harshness of a stark black. On top of that, knowing it's cruelty-free gives me total peace of mind. It's an incredible value for the quality, and it has officially earned a permanent spot on my restock list. I'll definitely be buying this again! ... show more

Excellent, high-quality eyeliner for low, low price
Color: Grey Size: 0.01 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Liked them so much I bought three more. My experience has told me that, with cosmetics and clothes, if you find something that really works for you, you should buy multiples because you never know when the manufacturer will "improve" them so they're a different, less desireable product. I like these eyeliners because they go on smoothly and blend well so there's no harsh line across my eyelids. I can't use most eye makeup products because they make my eyes sting, but the ELF eyeliner doesn't cause any issues. Easy to apply and I love the charcoal color. May never run out, with four to my name now, but would buy again. Also, ELF is never tested on animals, and that's foundational for any personal care item I purchase. ... show more

Great durability for a retractable pencil. Nice price.
Color: Black Size: 0.01 Ounce (Pack of 1)
This product is everything it said it was. Bold color with a retractable eyeliner, so there's no messing about trying to sharpen pencils or having your eyeliner break off in between uses -- or waiting for liquid liner to dry. This eyeliner is very black, and once you apply it, it does not smudge easily. You have to really rub to get it all off. If i had to choose one thing in which people might be disappointed, I would say that it is difficult to get fine lines with this product. So if you're looking for a dramatic effect, this eyeliner is perfect. Still, you can use a brush with it to get thin lines. It's a very nice product for the price and is easy to use. Little drag yet durable. Glamour at a nice price. So I was very happy with my purchase. I would give it 4.5 stars. ... show more

Lasts a long time!
Color: Black Size: 0.01 Ounce (Pack of 1)
This eyeliner is like no other! It’s honestly the best eyeliner I’ve ever used. The color is so rich and pigmented, it goes on smoothly, and it stays on longer than any other eyeliner I’ve tried. I love that it doesn’t smudge easily and keeps my eyes looking bold and defined all day. Definitely a must-have and one of my favorites! 🖤 ... show more

Definitely not waterproof as described
Color: Navy Size: 0.01 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I got the navy color and I must say it has a nice pigmentation and goes on really smooth. The thing that gets me is the description said waterproof but when the package came it says water resistant not waterproof. I tried it and it definitely smudges and budges. It is definitely not waterproof. So that is a little misleading and they should definitely update the listing. I personally will not be able to use it because my eyelids are oily and within a short period of time it looks a mess. Not sure if I can send something like this back since I already tried it but definitely going to look into it and look for something that is actually waterproof. It's sad because the color and saturation was great. Not to mention I generally love the elf brand of cosmetics and especially their price point. ... show more

love !! it’s very soft. It doesn’t hurt your eyes and it doesn’t smudge all around. It lasts pretty long on your eyes and it’s very nice to put on.love it!! great price also ! I have dry eye, which means my eyes water a lot, and I can’t wear some eyeliners. This one is good.
