Finding a blend-able matte shadow for mature eyes is tough. This shadow has amazing, highly pigmented shades for an everyday look or a Smokey eye. Perfect pallet for blue eyes! The pallet only contains matte, if you want to add shimmer to the lid( like I did) you won’t find it in this pallet.

Great colors, stays put, the price is unbeatable and I actually like this better than my $50 designer palettes because of its amazing staying power. I love everything about ELF products particularly the fact that they are vegan and cruelty free. No reason to buy anything else. Ever. I won't.

This palette has become a staple in my collection, it is pigmented and versatile. For the price and quality, I'm very pleased. My only complaint is that the darker matte brown shades are not that dark (I personally don't think they're very true to the way they look in the pan). Overall, though, I love this palette and can't wait to get my hands on the Mad for Matte 2. You won't be let down by this one ... show more

How great is it to have makeup you order online look like you wanted it to?? This does, and I am pretty darn happy about it. I have makeup I have bought in the store that doesn't look right or act right when I got it home. So on the recommendation of a Youtuber, I ordered this, and it is just the way I see it, and it goes on that way and looks great. I have the most sensitive eyes, and it does not bother them at all. It did not come with any applicator, and thats a bummer. I like getting a little something for use on that end. All in all, its a go for me! ... show more

Amazon sent me this palette by itself in a shoebox sized box without padding or packaging to keep it still, the result was 4 of the eyeshadows being crumbled messes. I was able to repress them with the aid of some rubbing alcohol, but the texture was ruined in those particular ones. The ones I was able to use were, in fact, quite nice. I plan on reordering it straight from the manufacturer's site next time it's on sale in the hope of getting a whole palette. ... show more

I love ELF. There’s always a hit and miss but this palette is definitely a hit! I needed matte colors to compliment my other shimmery palettes but I didn’t want to spend too much. I saw a ton of reviews of this palette so I decided to try it. The only two colors that aren’t that great is the first two lighter colors. They don’t show up too much. Nice selection of warm and cool neutral shades that are all MATTE. I apply with ELF brush and do not use a primer on my eyelids. Pigment strength is good. (NC 15) Applies smoothly and lasts all day.
