This is an extremely dense makeup. Amazon's comment on this item "frequently returned item." I can understand why....because it's very dense and the directions on the tube say "apply 1-2 pumps... much too much for such a dense makeup. I'm in my late 70's and have very good skin for my age. I applied a primer first and then I tried less than one pump and that seemed too thick. I added a good amount of a brightening primer to the makeup to thin it out and next time I will add more. I also added the brightening prime because the shade med. 330 warm seemed too yellow. I still got very good coverage with less than one pump and the added brightening primer.

I usually only use a concealer here and there and then a setting powder. Awhile ago I had discovered Glamoflogue, but I can't find it locally anymore. This product was in my local grocery so I tried it. Wow! It works just as well (if not better) as my previous product AND it takes so very little an amount to get all the coverage I need. Think half of a pea sized dollop, and often even that is too much. So, my opinion: 1. If you want to save money and not use a concealer with a lot of weight, this is for you. 2. It has terrific staying power (I teach 5th grade, it sticks!) 3. The value on Amazon is great. A generous amount in the tube. 4. A good selection of hues. I even purchased a second color for my paler winter skin.

Colors seem off; I had to try 3 shades before I found one that would work - which is very odd because I am in my 40s and do know my skin tone. In the end "Medium Cool" worked best which is bizarre because I am Indian with tan skin and neutral undertones. The pump often does not dispense well and the product looks deflated after one pump - not sure if it's under-filled or if the packaging is just a bad choice, but many times the pump dispenses no product. That said, the coverage is good, though the product is a bit matte/dry (and I say this as someone in their 40s who does have oily/combination skin and usually does want matte products). For the price, it's a good product, but the packaging really needs to be fixed and the labels for the colors adjusted. I also would appreciate a different method of dispensing and packing that lets you see how much is in there, which I imagine will be even more important when the product gets low.

I've used a lot of face products in the past, but I've been slowly moving over to E.L.F. products. They're regular mascara is the best, no need for the waterproof, this stays in place, and I'm a person who sweats alot. This face makeup gives me perfect coverage and the color works great with my complexion. I have a lot of freckles and this tones them down, I'm okay with some showing. If I need full coverage I just add a touch more, and viola! All covered! Very light weight, too, not cakey. Goes on smooth.

I have used E.L.F. exclusively for years. I have always loved their products and the price point cannot be beat. I wanted to try the Camo line for a while and am now thankfully in a place I could try it and continue to use it if I love it. Unfortunately, I've had a difficult time matching this line to my skin tone and I have not been able to find a clear comparison for the different product lines and trying to match the numbers doesn't have a direct match to each line. For example Flawless Foundation 205 is darker than the Camo Foundation 205 and the former is a better match for my skin tone. Anyway, with that said, I decided that the 205 was the closest match and I am not the best at remembering to order stuff before I need it so I ordered a few extras. Well after they all came I looked at them and ALL 4 of them expired 10/2023 and two of them have RiteAide Stickers on them so I know they did not come from E.L.F. and I hope this doesn't reflect on them as a seller because they know better than to sell expired products! I've also channeled my inner Karen and reported this to Amazon. Additionally, this is also the first E.L.F. product I am not a fan of. The makeup is not full coverage although it is supposed to be but maybe that is more not being an exact match. The foundation that I did use (the first of 5) I did make certain it was not expired because it was very thin. It also comes off on literally everything the entire time I have it on so I get makeup all over everything if I forget and touch my face or neck. I even purchased a finishing powder and one of their new setting sprays to try to keep it from coming off but nothing worked. I am disappointed but sometimes it proves just because it is more expensive doesn't necessarily mean that it is a superior product.

I purchased this after seeing a makeup video for older women. ( I am 69) This was mentioned as a great inexpensive foundation. I immediately purchased it because of the SPF 30. I want as much protection as I can get, as I live in sunny Florida! This foundation is my "day" foundation especially when I know I will be exposed to some sun. The foundation comes out easily. I apply it with my fingers and blend it with a beauty sponge. I also use the e.l.f. sunscreen under it which has bonus points because it is a primer as well. The foundation goes on smoothly and blends well. It has good staying power and does not feel cakey at all, The coverage is buildable as well. Great value for the money I spent.
