This is a great plane that flys extremely well! I would recommend it as a second plane unless you have an instructor helping you learn to fly. Does aerobatics well for a high wing plane which allows you to enjoy it for a good while.

This plane is just a joy to fly, it’s so stable and easy to control with and without safe. Using a 2200mah 4s pack from spectrum and doing slow passes I got about 15 minutes of flight time. And then when staying at about 70%-100% throttle I got 10 minutes of flight time. With the updated ESC I don’t have to worry about overheating issues which is nice and it comes with floats. ... show more

This is a great flying plane. It is as fast as you want it and slows down nicely. It can land on a nice runway or even a cut field.

Poor instructions that dont explain anything - repeated 'connect power' instruction shows one type of connection and means something else for binding the receiver and transmitter. Too many different ways to connect internal wiring with no clear guidance in the instructions. Can't bind anything to the Receiver no matter how many different ways of trying. Lights flashing when working, lights flashing when not working, warning sounds when wired up correctly or incorrectly with no explanation in the instructions. Half the wires are not labelled. Instructions fall short of half the information needed to setup the transmitter and receiver. For $350 dollars you don't get a battery, a transmitter or decent instructions. Wires are short and convoluted. Plane is essentially compressed polystyrene forms. Will continue to labor away trying to get this to work but all the instructions are dedicated to putting the plane together and very little on wiring or explanation. The engine is poorly mounted and came off due to lack of secure gluing on the four support rods (see picture) and I now need to find additional dowel to reattach the engine. The prop repeatedly flys off no matter how tight you fasten it and a number of the servos needed to be reinstalled as they were fixed at an extreme position that could not be corrected through the RC trim.     • Do a thorough quality control check on the plane
Great plane, but quality control checks are mediocre. I've ordered 3 of these planes (lost one to a tree). Two of the 3 were perfect without quality issues. Unfortunately in one of them the elevator servo was installed in reverse direction, which resulted in a crash. Amazon kindly offered a free exchange for the broken plane. Anyone who buys the plane, I recommend doing a thorough control check for all the servos. It's possible one is installed in reverse direction, which can destroy the plane. ... show more
