I suppose I got a lemon. I couldn't get enough deflection on the control surfaces. I'm no beginner to this hobby, and have a solid understanding of fixed wing and rotory flight. This bird flew like it was made of led. The servos seemed like they were struggling and just did not have enough throw, now matter what adjustments I made. My UMX Turbo Timber flies super precise in comparison. Thinking about getting a second Timber X as this should be a great plane. ... show more

It’s not a good flying plane. Just seems like they made another timber just to make it. Lands hard flies heavy but even a really good 3d plane. I wouldn’t buy it. Better off buying a real 3d plane from flex

The plane is amazing flights are stable and fun. My only issue is why doesn't it come with a smart esc with how much spectrum pushed the smart functions the fact that I have to either run an old-school timer or just guess my battery life is silly whenever the umx version will give you smart functions with cheep random jst batteries. My dad got this for my birthday. It's my first rc plane and so far it has been a blast to fly. The landing gear is perfect for my less than perfect landings.

    • Bad servo, sloppy construction
Elevator servo failed during pre flight test. Never flew it before having to order and replace servo. Also, flight control surfaces (ailerons and flaps) were not properly attached and i had to fix this as well. Flies great, but for this price point, the plane should work fantastic without having to do pre flight repairs. ... show more
